The recently built "Villa Mihaela" is a family house that offers 5 apartments for 2-4 people with a common pool area. Each apartment has a separate entrance, parking, air conditioning, satellite TV, equipped kitchen and other facilities necessary for a pleasant stay. The house is located in a quiet part of Fažana, close to the sea, but also near to the famous Fažana restaurants and konobas, perfectly blending relaxation with a fun vacation.Nearby, there are also many other summer attractions, such as beach volleyball, diving, surfing, parasailing, while the emphasis is on MTB and Road cycling with Fažana bike route which introduces you to the beautiful coast, olive groves and evergreen forests with a unique view of the Brijuni Islands. Reviewed By Sasha HVery comfortable and clean apartment with pool view and sea view. Loris and Mihaela ( owners) are very friendly and great owners. It was a pleasure to relax in the apartment and ride a bike along the beautiful beaches, you can also rent a bike there. I will be happy to come back here!

Amazing apartment
Reviewed By 253anjakWe had a nice weekend there. Apartment number 14 was amazing (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and great balcony). Breakfast was good. Will definitely come again. Department store 3 minutes walking, sea is 5 minutes walking.

Reviewed By Jack TConveniently located between Pula and Fazana, Rooms alla Beccaccia has all you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms with air conditioning, well maintained grounds/facilities, a decent sized pool with plenty of space for sun lounging and friendly staff. Another bonus is that breakfast is included in your stay (8am-10am) The on site restaurant is probably the best in the area and a reservation is a must. Would be happy to stay here again if in the area.

Reviewed By MoonTurtleFazana during high season could have been a nightmare but Apartments Moderno was a great find because it was set in a residential area just outside Fazana centre but a walkable distance to the beach, and if you walk along the very pleasant paved pathway along the beach you can reach Fazana town centre in about 20-30 mins. the room itself was clean and comfortable. it could have been a bit better if there was proper cutlery/crockery and also more toilet paper. but the hostess was very friendly and aircon was good (especially the weather being so hot! )

Minus; weak wifi on 2nd floor Choose ground floor or 1st floor and app on east side - less warm in summer. Beach with car or bike is very close but I dont suggest walking, especially in summer.

Slavonian hospitality in the Istrian jewel
Reviewed By ZrinkaFažana is by far our favourite Istrian town, and when you pair it with this beautiful apartment hosted by dear Slavonian Bičvić family, you get the best possible short stay! The apartment is well-situated, not far from the center and the nearest beach. There were enough parking places for all the guests. Kitchen is well equipped. The whole property was extra clean! A/C is strong and there is an interesting decorative lightning in the living room, try to find it by yourself and make your evening even more romantic! ;-) It didn’t bother us, but bear in mind that the property is placed near the main road to the city center, so birds and crickets are not the only thing you’ll hear when you sit in a terrace. ;-) We’ve had a good time and we’ll surely come back, hopefully by the end of this summer.

Reviewed By Filip SWe spend there one week, it was great time, our daugther was delighted. Apartment was very clean and it had everything you need on vacation. From big terrace there is nice view on sea, and city centre of Fažana. The owners are great people, I hope we will come back soon.

Reviewed By Pat RThe apartment is spacious. The pool is large and very clean. There are 3apartments but we were the only people there so had our own pool. Supermarket and restaurants very near by. An ideal place for relaxation. The owner lives below but is very helpful and does not intrude in any way only to bring us some fresh fruit which was very welcome.

Klein, maar fijn, resort/appartementen vlakbij het erg gezellige Vrsar
Reviewed By John VIdeaal voor een weekje puur relaxen. Wij hadden een 3-kamer appartement, wat perfect voldeed voor 4 personen. Ons appartement was mooi hoog gelegen, maw schitterend zicht vanop ons balkon, en daar neem je dan de 135 trappen tot aan zee/ontbijt/zwembad maar bij...goed voor de conditie. Airco is ingesteld op 22-24°C en stoorde helemaal niet (zacht gezoem), ging ook uit wanneer je ramen open zet. Enige minpunt is dat de douchestang eigenlijk fout geplaatst is. Het zwembad is leuk, maar niet zo erg groot en ondiep (max. 1m35). Voor de gratis ligbedden, of een plekje tout court, moet je er meteen bij opening (9u) bij zijn. Op dat moment staan minstens een 30-tal mensen al een halfuur aan te schuiven...belachelijk! Voor ons dus slechts 1 dag aan zwembad. Het kleine kiezelstrandje is vooral voor families met kleine kinderen leuk. Echter: de ligbedden staan tegen elkaar geplakt en nemen zowat alle plaats in...en zijn zoals duidelijk vermeld te betalen. Voor 4 personen komt dit voor een week/volle dagen op een kleine €100...wat eigenlijk goed meevalt. Voor ons echter...geen strandje. Vanaf het strandje loopt een mooie stenen promenade helemaal langs de schitterende rotskust tot aan een baai (van een camping). Om de 50m had je een douche, alsook diverse trappen om het water in te gaan. Een beetje doorlopen, en het was alsof we ons eigen privé stekje hadden...toch de eerste drie dagen (juni). We hadden eigen luchtmatrassen mee, waardoor we niet op de stenen moesten liggen, en niemand die ons geld vroeg toen we eens een parasol gebruikten. Je moet écht een steenezel zijn (of kleine kinderen hebben) om niet op deze plekken te liggen. Wat schaduw nodig? Zo'n 50 achter je is er een groene strook met bomen, waarachter een pad. Gewoon zalig! Het restaurant biedt een ruime keuze en het eten is lekker en hetzelfde geprijsd als in het dorpje. Verder ruime keuze drinks, ijsjes, etc etc. Wie niet wil, hoeft het resort niet uit. Animatie was beperkt, maar geen probleem voor ons. Ook helemaal niet storend zoals ik al eens lees. Moet je maar niet aan het zwembad liggen. Een tochtje met de pedalo (90') en wat snelheid pakken op de Jetski (30') volstond voor ons qua 'extra'. Voor het ruim aanbod excursies (bootje varen) hebben we bedankt. Personeel is over het algemeen zéér vriendelijk. Qua talen kom je goed weg met Engels, Duits en...Kroatisch ;-) Op 7' wadnelen sta je in het dorpje Vrsar. Auto kan dus mooi aan de kant blijven. Tip: heb je een parkeerplaats gevonden vlakbij je appartement (niet evident!), laat je wagen dan staan indien kan. Wat ons betreft een geslaagde vakantie. Wij hebben dan ook op voorhand goed gelezen aan wat we ons mogen verwachten, en die verwachtingen zijn zo goed als perfect ingevuld.
