We went there today. The staff was very kind and professional, the pizza was delicious and the prices very reasonable. The place is pleasant, children friendly and informal. We loved it.

Easily the finest restaurant in Fazana, Location and the view on Brijuni national park is amazing.This restaurant has been consistently good for some years, and recently has gotten even better. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. The chefs takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredients

Only had a quick snack of Sardines in garlic and oil, but they were fresh and superb. Friendly staff even in my broken Italian and few words of Croatian. Going back for Anchovies next!

U malom ribarskom gradicu Fazana, nasa Konoba Feral postoji vec punih 21 godnu. Sam ce Vas miris tradicijonalne kuhinje dovesti do nas, a u protivnom nalazimo se u ulici Boraca na broju 11, kod garaze od otocja Brioni, odnosno odmah iza apoteke. Srdele na savor, Brodet s palentom, Musuli i Dondoli sa zara, rizoto s morskim plodovima ili sa crnilom od sipe, fuzi i njoki u junecem sugu, odrezak morskega breka, lesada od kokota, brancin u fornu, domace kobasice i kapuz... Ovisno o godisnjem dobu, nasa ce Konoba Feral zadovoljiti svakoga tko voli okusiti Fazansku tradiciju u pjatu. Suberb service, great food. Good choice from fresh fish caught the same day. Cooked to perfection. Staff was great with our little boy! Deserts to die for!

We arrived on spec for a late lunch, and were quickly seated in an airy room over-looking a lovely garden. My youngest son took advantage of the small children's playground and there was a swimming pool, for those staying at the hotel of which the restaurant is part.
However, this was about as unlike a hotel dining room as one could wish for. There was an open fire for grilling meat and fish, and the table linen, glasses and cutlery were the most elegant of any that we had seen in our week in Istria.
My wife ordered lamb, which was excellent, while I took pasta with pancetta and rucola which was very good, although a trifle over-salted for my taste. However, we've found that much of the food in Istria was on the saltier side of salty. My kids also took pasta, but the taste was a little too exotic for their innocent palates.
Sadly there was nothing on the dessert menu to satisfy their wishes so we cut short what would have otherwise been a lengthier final meal in Croatia, before we headed off to the airport.
Alla Beccaccia was recommended by a local, and it deserves its high repute. The service was good, discreet and friendly; the food prepared with excellent ingredients and I wish we'd come here for dinner to sample a wider range of its delights, including the wine list.

Finally, our first proper meal after three days in Croatia. This restaurant knows how to cook for its guests. The meats taste good, especially the steak, and you get a lot of it. I came to this restaurant on the spur of the moment, sat on the Terrace and as the sun was beginning to go to bed, I ordered fresh Orada. The service was very good, the fresh fish delicious, just grilled, with the accompanying chard (the favourite local vegetable), with a decent glass of local white wine. However, sitting on the Terrace on the harbour whilst still being warmed by the dying rays of the sun, the whole experience was definitely worth it.

Probably the best ice cream you can get in southern Istria. Great choice of flavours, sorbetto popsicles are fabulous.
Toilets are very clean. Service is bearable unless you need to interact with employees outside the usual ordering and paying. This is not the case in june, but the end of july and august, girls warking here are probably overexhausted and thus impatient and impolite.

Great food, enchantingly lovely staff and a very warm welcome for solo travellers. It was packed full every night but the best night was when all us customers had to huddle in behind very effective storm curtains as a huge electrical storm rolled in from the sea!! Good grilled meat and local dishes-try it, you won't regret it!!

This restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of our holiday villa. It is very big with a huge outside Terrace overlooking the sportsgrounds. I wouldn't say it was cosy, rather more functional, but the pizzas a amazing. Light and fluffy dough, crispy and well topped. Pasta was ok, nothing special but good average. It was busy on a weekday evening and filled with locals. Always a good sign. Prices very reasonable and friendly and efficient service. Would definitely go back.
