Reviewed By JoyFn96Visited the Royal Starr Resort the last week of July, a great gathering place for fun and games with family. Owners friendly and very accommodating. Resort on 6th Crow Wing Lake between Nevis and Park Rapids. Good fishing, and fun beach for the whole family. Cabins spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained as well as the grounds. Recommended for a serene and picturest getaway.

In-We-Go Resort and Motel is located between Park Rapids and Walker, just south of the small resort community of Nevis. Our cabins are nicely spaced along 1,000 feet of level shoreline on the 8th Crow Wing Lake. You will also have the pleasure of boating to the 9th and 10th Crow Wings via river channels, over " 7 miles" of scenic waterways.
Minnesota nice at its best
Reviewed By bradturbesThe quintessential "UP NORTH" vacation. Our family had 3 cabins, one RV site and one hotel room for Memorial weekend. Resort is very well maintained and friendly. Fishing not so much, but we did get a few walleye and northern. Mostly perch.

Every year we come, it feels like coming home

Each year we have cherished our weeks here among friendly residents and the peace provided by the lake and loons. Anne goes out of her way to make our stay pleasant and happy. We have enjoyed it so much my daughter is booking a week here next year to start the tradition with her family. As she said after looking at other options, "they were nice, but this is 'coming to the lake.' That is what I want for my family." I find more than a resort stay here. I find peace and pure contentment.

Reviewed By 966torisAbsolutely love this authentic natural location. Reminds me of a simpler time in an era that you don't think exist anymore. I am so at one with nature from the beautiful view to the peaceful lake and the rustic cabins. They do offer wifi in lodge but with all this nature , boats , fishing and just visiting over a campfire who needs it!!! We were the first to have our wedding and honeymoon there as far as we know and I couldn't think of anything more romantic than 7 days of fishing and peace.

Excellent Family and Fishing Resort
Reviewed By E236RAmichellepWe have visited this resort several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The owners are very friendly, the cabins are clean, and the property is well-maintained. We spent time fishing most days, but there is also a beautiful beach with kayaks, paddle boards, and a water trampoline. The owners were not only friendly but happy to assist with anything you need. All of their cabins have great views of the water that provide a beautiful and peaceful stay. We would highly recomend this family and fishing friendly resort!

Woodson Cabins is a small 7-cabin family friendly resort located on the north shore of Lake Belle Taine with the Heartland Trail and the town of Nevis within walking distance. Nestled among the tall pines are 7 cozy modern affordable cabins furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Woodson Cabins is open from May until October. There are activities to entertain Mom, Dad, and the Kids. Popular sites to visit include Itasca State Park (Headwaters of the Mississippi River) and the communities of Park Rapids and Walker.

Reviewed By BenStevens0nMy family and I booked a cabin here for our vacation and it was amazing! The cabins are very nice and cozy and well decorated. The lake was one of the nicest I have ever swam at and they had some amazing water toys to use. The beach is right in front of your cabin and there is a dock for each cabin. They have a very nice patio not to mention the water toys. They had kayaks canoes and water walkers all for free. Also they people who owned it were some of the nicest I have met. They were always up for a chat and were a great help unpacking. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Starlight Bay Resort is located on the south shore of beautiful 8th Crow Wing Lake, just south of the quaint town of Nevis, you and your group will find 10 comfy cabins and 21 full hook-up RV sites. Our resort has close to twenty acres for you and your group to explore. With boat access to 8th, 9th, and 10th Crow Wing lakes and river you'll have a great chance to land trophy northern pike, large walleyes and the largemouth bass fishing is second to none. If fishing is not your thing, we have a beautiful beach for you to relax at or Park Rapids is just 15 minutes down the road for a little shopping and sightseeing.
