Service was so bad very slow and disorderly. However not at all mean spirited just incomplete. Oddly we were seated following another couple then he seemed very confused as where to put us. Then we sat with just menus and waited and waited. Guy who sat us comes by apologizing for us waiting then brings waters. I just drank water and my significant other iced tea. It took a very long time for him to get tea and cocktails were brought to our table that were not ours. Waitress arrives does not greet us or suggest special or anything. I ordered goulash and my significant other ordered zesty pork. The food was good and the pretzel in the bread basket magnificent. We did not dare order dessert fearing we would be there all night.

This was our fourth time the past three months. Consistently the Iron Horse Bar and Grill provides great service and great food. We have had the best barbecue sample and rack of ribs, their special meal of Stittsworth steak, the briscuit sandwich and the pineapple pulled pork sandwich all got rave reviews. This restaurant is a must see.

If you got for prime rib night (sat) make sure you call ahead to confirm your number of prime rib or you will show up with none left. Prime rib was great, very tender. Comes with side of potatoes which is baked, mashed, fries, waffle fries, or sweet potato fries. Waffle fries were great! Also comes with a salad, your typical ice house salad...iceberg lettuce and a few small veggies and pack of croutons.
Service was ok. Three different waitresses came over within the first 10 mins to take our food order. So while trying hard they were pretty much all over the place and making it pretty chaotic on each other.

Recently moved to Nevis area and have labeled this, the best find! Have been here several times in the last few months. Their specialty rolls, everything bagels and English muffin toasting bread are just a few of our favorites. Looking forward to trying more things

We were excited to try Zappy's after seeing an article on social media. It was so good that we went back to eat there again, and it was not very close to where we were staying. The owner served us both times. She was extremely friendly and the service was excellent. We had breakfast the first time. The eggs, sausage,and hash browns were well-prepared but my husband's pancakes were the star of the show. I don't even like pancakes very much, but asked him for another bite. They were incredibly delicious. The second time I had lunch-a hamburger which was also very tasty. The side salad was very fresh, which was a nice treat for this time of year. Guess who had the pancakes again. We also got dinner to take home with us and the broasted chicken meal was also well spiced and crunchy. We will be back when we're in the area. There seemed to be a lot of happy local people eating there which is always a good sign.

I have been get food from Leona's since they opened. Normally take out. I have had messed up orders and slow service, but felt it would straighten out over time. After last night I do not feel that way any longer. I ordered two meals to go I was told it would be ready in ten minute so I waited ten minutes as I only live A few blocks from there. I arrived and waited another ten minutes. I paid for my food and gave a tip when I arrived( which I would never do again if I ever go back) got tired of waiting went home to wait till they called and told me it was ready. No call, so went back got my cold meal and soggy fries nothing said just handed me my food and I left. It is not Steve and Jills which had great food and service. Steve offered to help them at first and they should have taken the offer!

The pizza is just a C. They put to much zauce on the pizza. Also, the Zheeze needs to be spread out on the pizza. You have to remember that this is part of a small Minnesota chain of pizza zhops.

This is a regular for many of the locals and conveniently attached to the grocery store. They have daily specials, new skillets/scramblers and hash browns that keep my family coming back.

The atmosphere is fun and the waitstaff works hard. The food is ok. Prices are not bad. It is not a place for food critics but it is a fun outing in lakes country. We enjoyed our evening very much.
