Mas Suéjol, located in the middle of nature, at the foot of Southern Cevennes, just next to Anduze (3km) and its famous bamboo plantation, welcome you in gîtes or guest rooms.In 8ha of land, nice garden whith trees, flowers, in the quitest place you can imagine.In the house itself , you can rest around the swimming pool, located in the middle of hills, whith a 360° view. The summer kitchen is at your disposal there. High level of comfort, nice decoration. During winter the cosy living room whith its chimney or our library whith tv and dvd can welcome you for a rest after a walk in the countryside.You can visit around many places like the famous bamboo plantation, caves (Trabuc), Steam train, National Parcdes Cévennes, Nimes, Uzès, etc..We choose our house to share it out.

Very well equipped summer kitchen & use of comfortable guest lounge.The hosts very attentive but not intrusive. The breakfast with a wide choice & top quality. enough to set you up for the day. In short a place to return to again & again. Absolutely superb.

Reviewed By 790gertbWe had a wonderful week at Thym & Chocolat. It is an oasis of peace, a very nice room with a great terrace with a beautiful view. You really feel at home here. Patrice and Caroline give you a warm feeling and are very hospitable. They really make an effort for breakfast with homemade products. In addition, they give advice about fine restaurants in the area (Caroline even makes a reservation for you if you want), when it rained our things were in the house when we got home so that they stayed dry and ... not to forget, we could enjoy your guitar playing, Patrice. Thank you for giving us this wonderful holiday feeling in the Cevennes. This place is also a good base for trips in the area

Mais je ne résiste pas à partager, en espérant qu'elle donnera à d'autres le plaisir qui fut le nôtre... Un séjour d'une dizaine de jours qu'on aurait volontiers prolonger alors qu'habituellement nous sommes plutôt du style itinérants : Une belle chambre joliment décorée, une literie confortable, un jardin-terrasse pour le petit déjeuner ou le repas... Mais la plu-value ici ce sont avant tout les hôtes : très sympathique, attentifs, généreux, on sent que ces gens aiment recevoir, échanger, cela avec beaucoup de délicatesse et de prévenance. Les petits déjeuners sont somptueux, entièrement faits maison (confitures, biscuits d'Elena, salade de fruits fraîche...), les repas concoctés par Hervé tout simplement savoureux. Niché entre Anduze et Alès, à un saut de puce de la bambouseraie, du musée du désert, le lieu permet également un accès rapide à de nombreuses activités. Et il y en a pour tous les goûts : concerts, musées, sites naturels, exposition s diverses, spectacles nocturnes en plein air, animations culturelles. On ne s'ennuie jamais ! Entre deux sorties, la piscine en pierre naturelle nous a permis de farnienter au frais. Une adresse que nous recommanderons à ceux que nous aimons.

Reviewed By DigitalEye007Stayed in the Chambre Concert at Les Montades, 900 Route d’Alés, ANDUZE 30140 Beautiful 1st floor double room with stone steps up to the room. A nice view across to the hill opposite. King size bed 6ft wide and 6ft 3in long so perfect for taller guests, and five pillows provided for comfort & a king size duvet. Reversible Air Conditioning which means it cools in the hot summers, and warms in the Winter. Spacious en suite shower 1.2m x 0.9m so easily room for two, for you & your partner to take a relaxing shower with plenty of hot water. There is a Nepresso Coffee machine by the bed & a bedside small fridge for chilling drinks & food. A kettle with tea making facilities. En suite sink & mirror for shaving, make up etc Just be aware that the private toilet is down the stairs. Copious delicious continental breakfast available at €9 per person served in the veranda, or on the terrace (weather permitting of course) One can go for walks into ANDUZE via the quiet Chemin des Escalades, avoiding the need to take the car. There is secure onsite parking with electric main gates.

Mas de l'Hospitalet dates back to the 12th century, and was built by the Knights Templar on the order of the King of France. It is beautifully set in the seclusion of its own grounds, and has two interior courtyards and large gardens, including a swimming pool 12m x 6x, which benefits from a long sheltered sun terrace. There are two luxury apartments and seven bedrooms on the property, all of which border the main courtyard, and there is also a small fully equipped guest house with its own private garden and BBQ, views over the pool and vine yards. Mas de l'Hospitalet is located in the small village of Bagard close to Anduze and Uzès. It is within easy reach of the Pont du Gard, Avignon, Nîmes, the Camargue, Montpellier, Cap d'Agde, Sète, La Grand Motte and Aigues Mortes. The Mediterranean is less than one hour away with plenty of long sandy beaches. The Mas de l'Hospitalet is ideally situated for those who wish to spend time exploring the rural beauty of the Languedoc Region.

Reviewed By Jeannine SWe stayed here for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. The hosts were very accommodating allowing us to use their kitchen facilities when in desperate need. It is a wonderful, peaceful place to relax in and the location is great for exploring the surrounding towns and area.

BEST HOTEL IN ANDUZE AND THE REGION
Reviewed By masdehospitaletIt has a great location, the rooms are really good : bed was perfect, shower great, a little balcony, the attention to detail fantastic, The breakfast was plenty and freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee and a good service. The hotel also has a cafe/bar and restaurant which has fantastic atmosphere and a good menu, the restaurant is very busy so booking is required. The museum of motor bikes etc, and the shop is a nice touch. The owners are really nice, they make you feel very at home. If again in Anduze or Ales this is where I would stay !
