Before I booked I read both the bad and the good reviews and was both excited and nervous for what I was going to arrive to. I want to say I booked this holiday with jet2 and paid about 800 for myself and my daughter for 7 nights. I want to start of by saying the place is better than I expected. When I arrived I was surprised by the modern interior and friendly staff. We were half board and given a sea view room without the extra cost. I was worried about the temperature of the pool from previous comments but the pools are absolutely normal temperature and refreshing in the Spainish heat! The food is normal for a buffet sytle hotel. Lots of choices, burger, pizza, fish, ect all looks semi appealing.. nothing special, the breakfast was better than dinner , pancakes English breakFast ,, ect The pools are amazing I think they have 4/5 pools and hot tub… kids club and lots of deck chairs, I never felt like I had to race to get a space. The hotel is right next to the beach, supermarket and pharmacy Perhaps I just had a good deal of just over £100 per day for hotel and flights with jet3 holidays but overall I am super happy with my purchase with this hotel

Reviewed By LeasonMila44Clean and very comfortable hotel, all the beds are excellent, great shower!. Barely heard a motorway or car, noise bothers me and prevents me from sleeping and I slept very well there. Good foods, nice services and staff, all very correct for the amount of stars.

(2022) We were on the first floor right beside the pool which was great very handy, until the maids woke you up every morning their were extremely noisy when cleaning the pool area. If you want a drink you must give a euro deposit for the glass, and the coke machine broke down. Coming into summer season there won't be enough loungers if you just want to chill at the pool, be early to get one, the roof top area wasn't open, one of the main reasons we returned The room small but functional and the bathroom tiny, but clean, the hotel is well maintained, free air con in the room which you definitely need.,and rooms serviced everyday Now on to the food from last year the standard of the food has dramatically dropped at best 3/10 now and that's generous, last nights veg battered and re used, just cheap and nasty, one day it was that bad my husband who is not picky and eats everything struggle to get a plate, myself I've had a few cheesy chip meals,the restaurant staff are very efficient at turning over the tables and we never had to wait for a table, we had to ask for glasses a few times and only one set of the drinks towers was working The staff are lovely, friendly, polite and helpful 10/10 Close to the beach and shops and 2 shops opposite which is handy

Reviewed By eddie429Firstly the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and later from the hotel back to the airport was excellent. All of the hotel staff we came into contact with were friendly and, the reception staff were helpful. The breakfast and evening meals were good, with a wide and varied selection. Our room was clean with a large bathroom. It also had a balcony. The price for the room was reasonable. There was no free WiFi in the rooms

Very disappointed
Reviewed By LouguilianoIt all started off well, 8 of us arrived on the 19th of July, the lady at reception was lovely, she sent us for dinner and then done all our passports. The following day I realised my passport was gone out of my bag, I went to reception and there was an extremely rude blonde woman who was no help whatsoever. I ended up having to get an emergency passport. 99% of the staff were really rude and arrogant, they seem to only like Germans, so if you are English avoid! We are all inclusive and it was all messed up. All inclusive times were 12-1pm and then 3.30-11pm but Marcos the manager really helped us out with it. Marcos was the one who saved the holiday for us. So thank you Marcos but the rest of the staff were terrible!

Hotel Kilimanjaro is a 3-star all inclusive hotel which is situated in the centre of S'Arenal. Just 300 metres from the beach and close to a wide range of shopping and entertainment facilities. The hotel comprises of reception, satellite TV corner, bar, lobby and non-smoking dining room. The comfortable guestrooms are spread out over 9 floors and are reachable by a lift. The rooms are well equipped with standard facilities including a bathroom and balcony. Every room is air-conditioned and has a flat screen TV. There is an outdoor pool for adults and children and a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Close by there is a sports centre with tennis and squash courts and a gym, Aqualand and Aquarium. It is only 15 minutes drive away from the airport and about 25 minutes from the capital of the island - Palma.

Reviewed By P5907HJgracelI stayed for 3 nights as a solo traveler and could not fault my stay. Hotel pool, staff and food were all great! Pool area was really clean with lots of sunbeds, staff were super welcoming and friendly. I was only bed and breakfast but every morning breakfast was really nice with lots of choice! Location of the hotel is great - only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Especially under covid restrictions the hotel is a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay! :)

Reviewed By Abc18012Stayed with my boyfriend for 8 nights. Hotel was absolutely perfect, had lunch twice and it was really nice. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Room was very clean and had everything you could need - aircon in the room worked absolutely brilliantly, very good value hotel, would definitely stay again or recommend to friends.
