Great Staff
Reviewed By Barbara SThis hotel has a great staff. Everyone was very friendly, nice, and helpful! The room was clean. My one complaint is that we were not informed that we had to request maid service in advance. After being gone all day, we were shocked that our pile of dirty towels remained in the room. When I went to the front desk, they informed me that maid service had to be requested. I don’t have a problem with this, but we were not informed ahead of time. Later we found a letter behind the TV informing us. So beware if you are staying more than one night, you must request maid service even if only to get clean towels! Everything else was fine and to repeat, I can’t say enough how great the staff was!

Avoid Room 102
Reviewed By SchuGCMIThe hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. My problem was my room. Room 102 is on the ground floor. The door is right across from the elevator and just off the lobby, which meant noise all night through the door. The window is a few feet away from.the front entrance, meaning noise most of the night from smokers outside talking. One one pin out of two holding on the toilet seat. The sliding door on the shower wouldn't stay closed while either of us took a shower. I wasted my free night points on a room that was made me feel like I was in a punishment on Impractical Jokers. If you stay here and they try to offer you that room, insist on something else.

Reviewed By Trek17018308350The gentleman that checked us in was great. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Pool was great although a bit too cold and they have a patio area where you can grill. Breakfast was ok but that’s to be expected with the COVID regulations. Will definitely be staying here again if we come thru for the Columbus Zoo

Lacking cleanliness
Reviewed By eduacevedo42I am very disappointed with this Hilton hotel. My hotel room was not cleaned when I arrived. I found hairs and multiple stains in the bathroom shower and toilet. The next day I requested my room to be cleaned and it was not done. Neat less to say I contracted Covid while staying in this hotel. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Adequate Stay
Reviewed By Photodude45The Inn was roomy and clean. The breakfast was what we expected from a hotel of this quality. The big problem we had was that the hotel staff put a family with 3 small children on the 2nd floor which sounded like a herd of elephants tramping about. We finally had to ask the family to keep their kids quiet since it was after 11pm and we wanted some sleep. They ignored our request. We fault the hotel for putting them on the 2nd floor above other guests.

Not a great stay!
Reviewed By Edie SWe got to the room and there was a clump of long dark hair in the shower drain. Then my husband used the toilet and we had to have a plunger brought to the room because the toilet backed up. The room honestly looked like it hadn't been cleaned as far as the bathroom. We will not stay there again.
