Reviewed By Mel8135What a wonderful hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights with my mother whilst selling a local property so was in need of a stress-free stay. On arrival we were welcomed by the lovely staff at reception who immediately allowed us to store out large luggage there rather than drag them to our room. The hotel itself was spotless. All communal areas were thoroughly cleaned and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels & sheets. I would have liked a kettle but they don't come supplied in many Catalonian hotels so if you need an early morning cup of tea then take a personal one. Also, there were just two tiny sachets of soap/shower gel provided so take a quick trip to the local spar. The room included a continental breakfast which was perfectly adequate and well set out. Again the breakfast staff were so professional and polite and really made us welcome. The hotel was situated near the beach and I could hear the waves lapping on the shore in the morning which was an added bonus and the general location was perfect with bars and cafes within a short walk. I absolutely loved this hotel and will certainly return.

Hemos disfrutado 2 noches en esta casa, situada en entorno tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza. Destacar el amplio salón, comedor y cocina. La casa tiene chimenea donde hemos podido descansar tras las excursiones por la zona (playas y Delta del Ebro). Habitación y baño amplios. Cama muy cómoda y baño con jabón, secador y albornoz. Posibilidad de dejar en nevera los productos frescos para las excursiones. Desayuno variado (dulce) y saludable (fruta, cereales, ...). Excelente relación calidad-precio. Para llegar, recomiendo usar Google Maps, o GPS, al estar en una urbanización.

No like before
Reviewed By abaylis82So many stupid rules around social distancing, which were hardly respected by anyone. Bread rolls had to be ordered for lunch and dinner, but you could pick them for breakfast. Water melon wasnt covered with plastic on the plates, but a banana was. You ordered a drink and signed using the waiters pen and paper...no gloves... Selection of food was poor. You could tell the food that wasnt eaten the day before was recooked for the following day. I missed the free cava and orange juice for breakfast. No hot water on day 1, no soap even after asking 4 times. They have no removed individual bars of soap due to COVID-19. WHO WILL I SHARE MY BARS OF SOAP WITH??? Staff not trained or aware of roles in the restaurant. All very confused with the rules and lacked even basic customer service skills. The activies were dull and not varied. My son did the archery and in 60min got to shoot twice...not impressed. COVID-19 has impacted everyone, but we have visited 6 times in the last 8yrs and this was the worst of the trips and to be honest it could have been managed better by the Hotel. After all my complaining above. The good points were that there were less people, so we didnt have to fight for pool chairs every morning.

Reception do not care, no refund, no sincere apology not even a €1 bottle of wine to say “sorry guys we’ve messed up our building schedule” - heavy duty Jack hammer going over 8hrs per day

Reviewed By dtreisI loved the location of this small, reasonably-priced hotel that overlooks the port. The hotel is modern, well-run, clean, my room was very comfortable, and the staff is accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Points négatifs : personne à notre arrivée (16h) pour nous accueillir ainsi que bcp d'autres locataires durant le séjour , équipements insuffisants et vieillots en regard du prix (160euros/ jour) en cuisine , problèmes pour avoir de l'eau chaude ( touner le robinet rapidement et répéter si ça ne marche pas n'est pas admissible ) et qq autres détails ....bac de douche notamment.
