Cons: Pillows were the lumpiest I have ever seen, like they were stuffed with pieces of loose foam. The pool was way TOO cold. The hot tub was way TOO HOT. There was someone smoking on our floor. We could smell it in the hallway but not the room, but we had the window open for fresh air.

The ceiling fan in the bathroom was loud, the air conditioner rattled and everything looks a little dated BUT it was clean, the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. If I was paying top dollar I would have been annoyed, but for the price range it was a decent value and a great stay. Breakfast also included!

Reviewed By LadiesgetawayHotel needs a major upgrade. The bathroom was so small, and the door wouldn't close. In the middle of the night the smoke detector fell off the wall. No cleaning services. Window coverings falling off their hooks. Work desk was so rickety, it was unusable. Breakfast was standard fare, watery scrambled eggs, greasy sausage patties, waffles and various cereals, muffins and juices.

Reviewed By Lumpy1949When we arrived, I was told there were no king rooms left (which is what I booked with Booking.com). They said I could have a queen room for the same price. Didn't mind as long as it was handicapped accessible. She did find us a king room after all. The remote for tv kept falling apart which they would have known when they supposedly sanitized it. In the morning while starting to take a shower, the shower head broke! Water sprayed everywhere. Needless to say we couldn't use it after that. I washed up in the sink and my husband wasn't even able to take a shower. Told the staff at the desk and they apologized but that was it. No mention of some sort of compensation for the trouble or anything. I was very disapointed! THey could at least offered us a discount or us another room so we could have at least showered.

Reviewed By L5882ZSjennifermThe first thing I noticed was the clean smell in the lobby. Rooms were clean. Showers had great water pressure and hot water. Toilets are low which may be a problem for those with knee/hip problems. Beds were high and comfortable. Good variety of options for breakfast.

Reviewed By djt8821We have stayed here several times. Good spot between our kids' home and ours. This time Joe checked us in. He was so pleasant to chat with after a long Easter Sunday. Made us laugh. They had popcorn for us. Room was quiet and very clean. We like the room dark for sleeping and this one was. Pool was open, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant does a great job. As a matter of fact, she checked us out when the front desk clerk was called away by another guest. Well trained staff. As soon as we got into our room, the fire alarm went off, but it was quickly corrected. WiFi was good. Only complaint is that TV channel choices are not the best. Very limited. Otherwise, they would have had a 5.

Reviewed By M7805NDconniefWill not stay again, husband not in best of shape and toilet was for a child, so he had trouble getting up from it, pictures are deceiving, chair ripped up, carpet fraying, smelled terrible, and the worst of it when waking up in a.m. to leave seen a couch roaches, breakfast sucked. Never again can't even tech them to tell them about the roaches yuck Sad traveler
