Reviewed By kathleenhertensteinThis is a great place to stay without all the tourists and shopping/noise. Staff is excellent and most everyone speaks English (if you care). The bartenders, Diogo and Rudolph will make your evening most pleasant. Breakfast has THE BEST COFFEE and the staff at the front desk can help you with your plans.

Bad hotel and personal
Reviewed By alexdX6702NVNo wifi in the rooms, breakfast very late ( from 08:00-10:00),personal not working to a solution but were showing not interested at all. Personal in the sunset bar (more a cantina) very brutal. Bar should be open till 22:00 but kicking out people at 21:00. Totally nothing to do in the surrounding. Do not go to this hotel.

Reviewed By FernandoP5352Empregados antipáticos, pouco prestáveis e sem educação, instalações com maus cheiros e edificio em más condições de conservação bem como as camas que além de abanarem tambem rangiam. Pedi a devolução do montante pago bem como o livro de reclamações ao que a responsável do espaco (senhora obesa) me disse que não dava o livro de reclamações se efectuasse a devolução do dinheiro. Trabalho em turismo ao que já estive em dezenas de casas da juventude, hostels, pensões e hotéis e esta foi sem duvida a pior experiencia que tive na minha vida.

Nos sentimos estafados
Reviewed By Leandro MUna experiencia lamentable. Reservamos para 16 personas en las villas para entrar el 3 de julio. Al activarse las prohibiciones de movilidad por el gobierno portugués justo el día anterior y prohibirnos la entrada al Municipio tuvimos que cancelar la reserva . Pues bien, aún así el alojamiento nos quitó 427,50 euros de la tarjeta de crédito!!! . Seguimos en trámites para recuperarlos porque el alojamiento se niega a devolverlo. Nos sentimos estafados.
