Easy access if you park at Escalet and take the upper path (the path on the rocks is longer). After just a few minutes from Escalet (15mins) you reach a nice cove and beach, you have great views from the top of Taillat "hill".

Azur Park

It is a really great amusement park with good value for your money. The great thing is that you can use your punch card another day if you don't use up all your rides. Staff was friendly and rides lasted longer than average I thought. I also thought that it was nice that entry to the park was free so if you don't want to go on any rides you don't have to pay to join your family. We also felt safe due to security control.

Port Grimaud

Reviewed By Christine F

Port Grimaud is a picturesque seaside town, it is a mixture of France and Italy. This seaside town was created by architect François Spoerry in the 1960s by modifying the marshes of the river Giscle on the bay of Saint-Tropez.
Built with channels in a Venetian manner, but with French "Fishermans" style houses resembling those in Saint-Tropez.
This little town is surrounded by pastel buildings and little canals. Even though it is small it is very charming, with small boutiques and coffee shops dotted around town. Apart from walking, you can also go on boat rides around the canals to explore the town.
Honestly I could have stayed there the whole day just wondering and exploring this small town. There are plenty of instagrammable spots there, I just wished I could have spent more time there.

We have tried many Beaches in the area: Ramatuelle ones, l'Escalet and others. So far, this is the best one for small children, views are also stunning. A Spar supermarket is available at the end of the beach, public showers below the Popeye cabana, no wind (bay, beach protected by the surroundings), zero flies/mosquitos. A lot of people starting to come for dinner/picnic in the beach when we left. Highly recommended for a visit.

Just away from teh centre of Cogolin is this fantastic pipe-maker. they have thousands of hand-made pipes on display and even more tucked away in drawers. There were so many sizes and designs including carvings of presidents and other famous people. It was fascinating, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It's worth a detour if you're in the area, there can't be many places like this in the world.
