Reviewed By 28cgmIt is clean and functional. Common areas are pretty. Rooms are a bit tired, torned towels, peeled off wallpaper, patchy Internet access and a really meagre breakfast. People are just about friendly enough but nothing over and above.

Fantastic B&B in an amazing village
Reviewed By Steve SJust what we were looking for for a group of 7 Caterham 7 drivers, after having driven over from Portugal along the Douro Valley. We were well looked after, and had a great night at Pozolico. The restaurant is recommended too! Highly recommended!

Reviewed By jenniewoolstonAmazing place, full of historical buildings and being high up it has an absolutely wonderful view. The house where our room was, is quite wonderful. With beautiful traditional Spanish furnishings and fixtures, beautiful bathroom and shuttered windows. We didn't hear one single car which in this day and age is a refreshing change. The owner also owns the restaurant opposite where we had a very nice breakfast. Fantastic value for money.

Reviewed By hgonzale3This is a hotel/motel created for other "things".... but even if you are driving and you need just to stay the night, of spend few money in a very clean room, with coffe machine, and a PET (like a dog) this is a super place. You will have 100% privacy because your car enter in a private garage (like motels in latin america) and you can put "everything" from your overland car inside the room. You can go out and come back, you only need to pay first and tell to the man/girl you are coming back.

Very peaceful overnight break
Reviewed By Amanda-542We were looking for a very quiet peaceful break on a long journey though Spain and we found it in a very small village in the rural plains of Spain The boss greeted us by name on arrival and took us straight to our room. A small but lovely, very clean room with a balcony over the countryside. Travelled in November so delighted the heating was on - it was 1C overnight but 20 during the day. We had dinner at the hotel. No menu and offered "meat or fish". The meal was delicious; garlic soup, thin steak slices with saute potatoes, asparagus and salad, followed be fresh fruit accompanied with a bottle of local tempranillo Perfect nights sleep, awoken by birds at ready for simple breakfast. Fresh orange, toast and fab coffee Perfect peace - but be aware no local amenities and it is very quiet. We travelled with a dog and loved the open countryside and walking Be perfect for bird watchers, loads of birds of prey.

Reviewed By paulo69Rueda urbanisation exists solely for selling wine. A scruffy township on either side of a wide main road. The Saturday before Christmas and our accommodation only serves lunch and we had missed that so were sent here. Very much a transport cafe next to a petrol station and it seemed to be the only place in town on a Saturday night as evidenced by the crowd of young men drinking and smoking in the covered conservatory whose clouds of smoke one had to brave to gain access to the diner. A few cloth covered tables were free at 2030 hrs when dinner opened service. Choices were limited to hamburgers boccsdillos and salads although M had a fried chicken escalope with a fried egg on top and salad. Potatoes, chips or brava were extra. I settled for a Wagyu burger(€8) and patatas bravas (€2.50) and a beer The burger was good meat but without the trimmings of a US style burger. Ms chicken was dry, and salad unexciting. Stomach filler, but no prizes.

Reviewed By aessosotelWe just found this place randomly and the food was super delicious! We really like it. I have eaten revuelto de bacalao, pollo a la plancha y de postre natillas caseras. Also, people are so nice and friendly! I really recommend this place if you cone around here!
