A great location with well appointed apartments. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment which on the second floor which had sea glimpses. Disappointed that they did not have a DVD which was advertised, but they delivered one in minutes after I asked. Highly recommended, reasonable value and we would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Seashells. It is very well located within Margaret River region. Our room was quite adequate. I notice others on here complaining about the noise from the hotel next door. We were in a room right next to the hotel. While we could hear music with the balcony door open, once we had closed it there wasn't a problem. beautiful outlook from our room looking over park land.

Sunday pub lunch

Reviewed By JElliot32

We didn't stay at the Caves House but loved the look of the place, somewhat reminiscent of the Cave House at Jenolan Caves in NSW. Did get to lunch in the hotel's large and very busy beer garden area and also enjoy exploring their very beautiful and extensive lawns and gardens, including a croquet lawns. Lunchtime Sunday and the place was hopping, though we managed to find a table for 6 without too much trouble. Menu is very much a line-up of pub-grub standards like burgers, parmi, chicken wings, etc - only add about $5 per meal compared to prices at menu prices at a regular pub. The meals here are not cheap, though the portions are of a respectable size. Service was quite good considering how things were but atmosphere was zilch - equivalent to eating in a beer barn. The food was OK, but not sure I'll be rushing back.

Serene nature getaway

Reviewed By lifesaver90

Lovely little stay-cay. Comfy little chalet, a bit dusty, few cobwebs that could be attended to inside the chalet, being a nurse I am finicky regarding cleanliness especially the bathrooms and linen. I must say the service was great, as the bath tub was clogged and we got that sorted right away. Great location within nature. Chalets could do with some renovation and a bit more of a clean but other than that we will be back based on the customer service and location.

Good Park

Nice shady park. Grass to front of the park was lovely. The bays were a bit sandy, however the pad for the caravan was ok, it was level. Lots of tree cover. Fantastic campers kitchen, clean, modern and large. The open fire place would be fabulous on a winter night. Caravan En-suites were very clean. Only thing is that the en-suites are old and dark. Brown brick, brown tiles just too dark. So 60’s! Would be nice to update the en-suites. I would still stay there again!

Beautiful boutique resort

A small beautiful boutique retreat. With limited numbers, you feel very special. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and inviting. The view from the verandah was just relaxing and reflective of the area, the resort itself has stone and timber and sits comfortably in the area. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. The dining room has views across the countryside, and although the breakfast menu is only small, the quality of the food was brilliant. We had the food hamper, and it was just great sitting in the verandah watching the sun set and enjoying the quality food - with some local wine. We also used the spa, the treatments that we had were wonderful. Great staff, very attentive and sooo relaxing. If you enjoy quality and like being treated as an individual then this place is wonderful.

Lovely place to stay and eat

We stayed for 2 nights with a dinner package for both nights. Accommodation in the Garden View room was good. Previous reviews suggested the rooms were outdated which I can't agree with. They were well furnished and on point. Dinner in the restaurant was perfect both nights. We had the 4 course with matching wines. The food was spot on. The Cape Lodge Sauv Blanc and Shiraz were nice. Is it worth $1100 a night per couple? I'm not 100% convinced but I can say we left contented.
