Amabilidad y atención, detalles, servicio, información... todo lo que necesites, ahí está Bárbara para indicarte y recomendarte. Nos dieron una habitación muy bonita, decorada con mucho gusto y muy bien situada. No tienes problemas de aparcamiento (veníamos de Oporto muy mosqueados con el tema) y las playas en las que se podría encontrar a Robinsón Crusoe están a cinco minutos en coche. No hay tele, lo cual es de agradecer. Y el desayuno nos ha encantado. Abundante y variado aunque tal vez falte alguna variedad más de fruta, por poner algo "no perfecto". Es ideal para ir con críos porque tiene un jardín bien grande y lleno de detalles para los peques.

Excellent hotel with great ocean views
Reviewed By Anne WFriendly and very helpful staff (especially Tomas and Diana on reception), very good breakfast, great ocean views from the balcony of our room at the front of the hotel, easy bike storage, excellent room and bed comfort, very good sauna, nice rooftop pool (also with great ocean views).

We did go back as promised
Reviewed By MaureenDC76This was the 3rd time staying at Miravillas Hotel. The place could use some freshing up since the last time we stayed in 2014. They do have very fine beds, within a quiet environment. Service is still at the same level, as is breakfast. Swimming pool did get some renovating, but the inside and outside is asking for this as well...

Reviewed By 557christinehLuis and Bruno are extremely friendly, helpful, trustworthy and you realise how much they have at heart that your stay with them at Praia de Mira is as excellent as possible. The location couldn’t have been better, the rooms are very clean. You can safely park your bike, hang your laundry to dry, have some tea and coffee during the day and meet with other guests. Only one regret: we should have planned to stay longer!

Fantastic little tapas and brunch bar
Reviewed By ctaniab(This is a review for the adjacent Tapas bar - we didn't stay in the hotel.)\ We came to Praia de Mira out of season, on a wet and windy December day - how lucky we were to stumble across O Violas, on a little side street behind the beach. What a great find! The hosts (a really lovely Portuguese couple, both artists) looked after us like family members - they couldn't have been more attentive, kind and considerate. They rustled up an utterly delicious vegan meal (off-menu, with no warning) made with super-fresh, high quality ingredients (cep mushrooms, avocado, home-made bread), all prepared with care and beautifully presented. The space is simply but tastefully furnished, with some lovely touches (such as a selection of books and games to borrow, if the weather encourages you to stay indoors a little longer). There's even a little art gallery adjacent to the restaurant, with some lovely pieces for sale. We really can't recommend this place highly enough!

Reviewed By Curtis BVery helpful staff and I'm sure during high season this place rocks! I was there off season and it was still nice enough. Large area for tents, bathrooms are clean and supply toilet paper and the toilets have seats - something of a luxury in Portuguese campsites
