Reviewed By Vacationgirl527We’ve been going here for a few years. It’s been consistently great every time. The beach, pool and Backflip are top notch. Everything is clean. The room is spacious and bed very comfortable. Special thanks to the people who made our vacay extra enjoyable. Ray Patrick and Suzette at the front desk are so helpful. Abe at the Backflip is what a bartender should be. And of course Miguel, the best, and Brian at beach services. We spend the most time at the beach and they make it all work. Last but not least Kent S. and Tom M.. for running a great place. Thanks Plunge. See you soon but without a tropical storm, depression, cyclone or whatever that wet windy mess was on Friday. ?

You can tell the owners truly care because the place is so clean, well maintained and there’s always someone checking the pool, refilling towels, manicuring the landscape etc. every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful! Our money was well spent here! Great location, clean rooms and pool, beachfront, welcoming….what else could you want?! :)

Reviewed By Realblond59My husband had called another hotel to book my birthday weekend when they were to busy to help him. He came across Sea Lord Hotel and are we glad he did. He booked a corner room with a balcony oven front! Room was beautiful so comfy! The staff were all so friendly and made you feel like family not just a guest! We talked with Tatiana and Jill the most, but everyone was so pleasant! It was so nice to learn it was an adult only hotel made our time there even more relaxing! And free parking which is very rare today! We are already planning our next trip back in September for our anniversary! Thank you Sea Lord Hotel for making my birthday even more enjoyable!

Reviewed By chrismX1076NBI felt comfortable from the day I arrived. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Great position for the square. Good facilities and a lovely team running a very welcoming hotel. I had a fantastic time and will return this year. They have a strong plan for Covid that keeps guests safe.

Reviewed By Sandra MThe Best Florida Resort really is! The room was very clean, fresh and roomy. The grounds of the location were clean, the pool was clean, there were enough deck chairs for those folks lounging around the pool. Wifi was very good and strong signal. The front desk and house keeping staff were very helpful and courteous. Beach was close by only a block away, excellent restaurants close by as well as Ft. Lauderdale by the Sea was a short walk to get to. This motel was a great location, clean and well priced. A little tropical oasis in the middle of the city. No complaints at all.

Reviewed By danaebm1Very clean. Nice outside areas for sitting or eating, great if you are traveling with friends or extended family. Excellent location, very close to the beach and attractions. The #1 objective for us was cleanliness and location, this place has both. Very friendly staff as well.

Very disappointed, not like pictures
Reviewed By CarolandGlenWe booked two rooms, had to take one because the front desk didn't notice the additional booking. Received a very old room in the back, behind a part of the hotel that had been condemned. Grounds were overgrown and filthy, pool was disgusting. Room was clean however but not even slightly to our expectations. If there had been any vacancies in the area, we would have walked away.

Lovely place with lovely staff

Bibi the office manager went above and beyond for us when we arrived early from a cruise, storing our luggage and expediting ready for us well before check in time and then assisting us in moving the luggage. When I thanked her, she said, “Oh, I’m just in a good mood today.” But I think she’s just one of those people for whom helping others comes naturally.

Reviewed By home2annikaMe and my husband had high expectations due to earlier reviews- but we got really disappointed. This hotel has a very low standard! First of all t is located just 10 metres from US 1 with heavy traffic both day and night. Old, worn rooms and quite dirty inside. Not cleaned properly. Old loud AC which you couldn´t reach without a stick! In charge of this place is a 50+ woman with a really bad attitude towards the guests, She reminds us about the worst school teacher we ever had. We felt uncomfortable around her as she was reprimanded both us and other guests. We are 55+. It was like we had to please her, instead of the opposite. On the inside of our door we could read the house rules and the penalties. This sign says it all! Attached to this review. On top of this there was an envelope to put money is for the housekeeper. But there are no cleaning during your stay! This hotel has to really work on their approach towards the guests. Lack of hospitality! We do not recommend anyone to stay here.
