Reviewed By justinbR7164BTi didn't fill welcome when i walked in. I was not greeted properly. When i checked in i wasn't given a card jacket. I was told that they was out. Another person checked in right behind me a was given one. I wasn't told about the WiFi i wasn't informed about anything around the hotel are anything in the area. The whole staff don't have any kinda since of humor. I'm from outer state and this is the way y'all treat FOLKS? Then i received two phone calls for what. One person called the room phone too tell me i needed 2 check out the next day due too the fact that they was over booked and they needed the room i was in.(RACIST). I've never been told by a hotel that i needed 2 be out of a room just because they over booked! Then i received a phone call on my cellphone saying the same thing. This hotel have there picks and choose. Once in the room i seen SPIDERS and spider webs in plane view. There was NO DO NOT DISTURB sign anywhere in the room! There was no information book found anywhere in the room. The toilet paper rolls was very very low. The walls had been marked up etc. I have never ever stayed at this hotel BEFORE. I also felt outta place and discriminated against when it came too my name being GIVEN! This hotel is in the IHG hotel chain and it's very SAID outta state guess be treated this way and the staff gets mad because there put in there place and customers are specking up for themselves! I will never stay here again and I'm make sure everyone i know that travel through this area don't stay are even stop at this hotel for any reason AT ALL! The room floor looks like it hasn't been mopped n awhile. There was hair found behind the entrance door and hair on the face bowl. There is also a spider web at the entrance way as you go into the room area.

Very Nice Place to Stay
Reviewed By John PWe stayed during Memorial Day weekend 2021 and found the hotel very pleasant. Check in was good and the room was very nice. The complimentary breakfasts were not so good. There did offer more than muffins and cereal, but I mentioned to the Chef, that the eggs took me back to bootcamp days. The sausage offered didn't seem like a very high quality. This is a Hilton branched hotel and we expected more from it. I get cutting corners to save, but not with food. It's less than healthy.

Beware of roosters

We were on the 4th floor and at 5:15 AM we were awakened by a rooster that crowed every 16 seconds. Trust me, it was loud-I sleep with ear plugs and it awakened me. When I mentioned it to the staff upon check out-they said they had had other patrons complain. I was shocked that they had not resolved this problem through the city/county. For many travelers a good night’s sleep is so important

Reviewed By raybar2022Trip home to Ontario from Florida this was a stop to visit my wife’s 95 years old auntie. We visited her daughter also and daughters hubby who has a little dementia. Our 6 hour visit included a great supper of salmon and kale salad.

In stanza vi trovate una piccola macchina per fare il caffè con le cialde e tutto il necessari, in più vi trovate un frigo e un forno a microonde. Se avete fame nelle vicinanze c'è un Mc Donald aperto 24 h su 24. Camere pulite gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni. Il riscaldamento ad aria è leggermente rumoroso.
