Reviewed By jessiebO152RPMy family and I stayed at Vista Cay by Millennium for over a week. Our entire stay was perfect and David at the front desk was simply AMAZING. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We rented a premium condo and everyone loved the comforts provided and location of the unit. The condo looked exactly like the photos online, and we were very pleased. The unit was clean, all beds were comfy, the internet and all tv's worked without issue, and the washer/dryer and all appliances worked well. Parking was plentiful throughout the week and the resort grounds are well-kept with many photo opportunities. The resort location is central to many eateries and venues yet tucked away on its own with little traffic issues. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be staying Vista Cay again when we return. We stayed on property June 2022.

Wonderful place to stay
Reviewed By reynolds78006From check-in to check-out things were great! Room was spacious and clean with a nice view. The staff was grand efficient. No trouble with gates, washer or anything else- everything was isn good condition. We were very busy but wished we could’ve spent more time just enjoying the room and pool!

Reviewed By dabe50We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because the furniture in the living room felt very warn and in need of replacement. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was great. It was nice to be able to make our own food and have meals outside on our little patio. The staff around the resort and in the office were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall we will stay here again!

Reviewed By travellouieWe stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom premium suite recently. It was very nice. Had a balcony looking at the intracoastal waterway with a dock for fishing and across the street was a short walk to the beach. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and great coffee shop, Indian Shores Cafe. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Units have been updated but are showing some wear and there were some spots on carpeting in different areas. We all enjoyed our stay though and would stay again.

When I saw the pictures it looked almost too good to be true, I imagined that this resort would be so busy you couldn’t use all of the pictured amenities. Instead I felt like we had free run of the most amazing outdoor space I had ever been to. We were greeted by a talking parrot at check-in. We were given a tour of the gardens, including the fact that they have nice grills with charcoal and lighter fluid Available at several places, 2 fire pits with wood near by, piles of comfy chairs to take out to the beach, plenty of beach toys for the kids, outdoor tables with comfy seating, and a community room full of games and things to do. Our two bedroom was clean with updated flooring & shower, a Decent kitchen with full sized appliances, TV with all of the channels, patio on the front and back with rocking chairs and tables to sit at, AND… it still maintained some of the charm it had when it was first built. I expect we will plan future places around this beautiful property, can’t wait to come back!

Reviewed By Stay819246My friend and I rented one of the suites for 2 nights. We actually live in Pt. Charlotte, but this was truly like we were on vacation on an island somewhere!! The room itself was fabulous!! Two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath, plus extra vanities in each bedroom! Decorated very tastefully and serene. We only had to leave once to eat out, as all the restaurants close by 9pm (UGH!) That's when we found out most restaurants in the city of Punta Gorda close their kitchens by 9pm. Had we known that, we could of brought our food and cooked in the gourmet kitchen, fully stocked!! A beautiful place to stay!!

Terrible customer service
Reviewed By janac987The hotel is a party building/ mostly residents who live here. There is loud music and partying happening in communal spaces and not enough lounge chairs by the pool for the number of people that are there. The check in is automated and very confusing. The hot never once offered to clean our room or change out towels during a 5 day stay. We asked for a late check out and the check out time was miscommunicated to us. They charged $75 to my credit card without permission because we left 20 mins later than the time they miscommunicated. When I complained they refused to reverse the charge and we’re very unhelpful. Would not recommend this place.

Our rooms sleep 3 in a Jr. Suite, 6 in a Den Suite and 6 in a Suite. Every room has a full kitchen with essential cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, stove oven and microwave, 1 or 2 full bathrooms, 1 or 2 outside patios with seating and more. Caloosa Cove Resort & Marina Pool overlooking the beautiful turquoise ocean water. Located on the property for guest is a pickleball, basket ball & tennis court with rackets/balls, Shuffle Board, free WIFI and much more. On property we also have self-serve laundry facilities: Habanos (Cuban) restaurant, The Safari lounge (Temporarily Closed due to Hurricane Irma), Caloosa Cove Marina and Storage, The Island Store for bait, tackle, fishing licenses, fuel and basic grocery items. We can’t wait to have you stay with us!
Terrible Service , Ruined Vacation

After needing to move our vacation due to illness, it took weeks of calling. No one called us back, I finally called and got someone to answer. After offering a doctors note , they would not even move my date up. The lady hung up on me. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but tk love the vacation. She threatened to charge me more than just one night. I’m blown away by the ignorance and unprofessionalism. We were simply trying to move up two months since our whole family had a stomach bug- a veryyyyy contagious one. They’d like you to come sick to their resort. ?♀️?♀️?? I have now had to dispute with our credit card for the first time ever. If i could give a zero, I would. I feel bad for the actual owners who depend on income, we wanted to reschedule and add two other rooms for a week. Now, zero, but J guess they get to keep the $200 deposit.

Waterscape Condominiums, professionally managed by Wyndham Vacation Rentals, are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is infamous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. Waterscape was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the "heartbeat" of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10 foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.

Nice Boutique Hotel, Walking Distance to the Beach
Reviewed By california_usa2020_We stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Deerfield Beach – the hotel is nicely located less than a 5min walk to the beachfront and local shops, bars and restaurants in what seems like a residential area. The hotel had ample free parking out front. Check in was easy and we proceeded to our ground floor room. The hotel room was spacious and included all the expected amenities, including a TV, Fridge and Tea/Coffee facilities and a safe. The bathroom seemed to be recently renovated and was nicely decorated, however still included a rather old and insecure looking slatted window, which ruined the look of the bathroom and made it feel a little unsafe being on the ground floor – please change this as it would make the entire room much more modern. The room was also quiet and we had no disturbances whilst staying. The pool in the hotel was great – a good size and deep and included nice loungers and cabanas to relax in, with pool towels available. The hotel grounds were nicely kept. We would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Deerfield Beach.
