I VE ALREADY VISITED quite a few places in Crans and, my top hotel Spa is architect s Gregoire Comina s Crans Spa Hotel, a master of work after having to redesign great architect Ellenberger s hotel Mont Blanc, the restaurants Chalet and restaurant Cry D er At 2220.m offers a great view, close to public for The moment, hotel Chetzeron looks nice (from outside), the Crans Library is a MUST visit. Recently i ve tried the Burger Lounge, and The quality of the burgers îs worth stopping every diet. I ve also visited Art du Vivre, a nice hotel with an interesting view and a relaxing spa(they ve never put my comment) and The beach club which is opened only în summer time. For this place, and for every morning early Coffee here, i chose two songs. One :'' the motan-tu'' and Phil Collins-în The air tonight.

Had pizzas take away, decent but nothing to remember, usual pizzas with usual ingredients, nothing to stand out of any normal pizzeria, meaning tastes like a certain lack of ambition, but not dissapointment, and 25-30chf for a pizza seems usual in crans montana so if you go with correct expectation then an ok experience

We wanted some quick lunch and decided for the terrasse of the âMemphisâ. Although not very occupied it took a while before we received some service. We ordered a greek salad and a roasted chicken. The salad arrived reasonably quick the chicken order did not make it and had to be reordered and finally turned out fried and very greasy. The location is nice and the terrasse a nice spot but we have probably chosen a bad day. The experience could have been a lot better...

Someone recommended this place for their wood-fired pizzas so we went and ordered three of them, all rather bland (both the dough and the toppings), nothing really amiss but nothing exciting either, your typical Swiss pizza joint.Service was very nice and accommodating (Capri is a popular place for Sunday lunch), all in all, with a different expectation level, this would have been a perfectly suitable pizza lunch).

We had a very impressive dinner consisting of 7 dishes, all impeccably executed. Whether meat or fish, game or seafood, each dish was really fabulous. We will definitely return. Service was very gracious and unobtrusive. It was nice to meet the chef as well. Just one suggestion: wine pairings should be proposed to accompany the tasting menus as it would be a great way to discover the white and red wines of Switzerland. The wine list is very impressive in that regard.

This is one of the only places open all year round in crans hence always busy. The food is your typical Italian, good food not excellent and tourist prices. Staff are friendly and atmosphere is good but it is a tourist location. Worth a visit if you want good Italian food...

If this is the bistrot version of the Hostellerie du pas de l'ours, I can't imagine how good this gastronomic restaurant located next door in the same hotel can be. The bistrot has a very refined menu, beautifully presented and tasty. Varied menu that include fish, and choices of meats with some regional inspiration. The Pintade is just excellent. Our other choices were good as well : porc, seabass, foie gras, apple pie and a refined selection of ice creams and sorbets. All served in a cosy old wood decoration with warm lights. Totally recommend it.

The food and service at this restaurant is what you would expect. The pasta and pizza are excellent. Eating outside in the warm weather is a great. The chef's recommendations, especially of the wines should be considered.

We were introduced to this restaurant for Sunday lunch. Super nice manager and staff. WOW. An amazing spread of different Italian charcuterie thinly sliced meats. The mortadella with truffle was melt in the mouth. Salads, cheese, smoked salmon, extremely thinly sliced octopus salad ( delicious) It didnât stop. Pumpkin soup, stuffed tiny peppers, linguine ( Black Ink) with seafood. Then, a choice of fish or meat. Again , tender venison with sauce morels, grilled filet of fish. Desserts, so many to choose from. Pièce de résistance freshly made âbomboloni â like donuts, but much lighter and filled with a cream made with mascarpone & limoncello. To top it off a glass of limoncello. We needed a hammock afterwards to rest! Thank you for such a delicious lunch. Definitely we will return.
