Reviewed By Cindy SWw love Su'ao Lakeshore. The staff, especially Jess, is amazing and remembered everything about us from our previous visit. They are all so helpful including Mr. Lin, the housekeeper on the 13th floor, cleaning staff etc. We had a lovely view of the harbor and the mountainside. Breakfast is early until 12.00 which is wonderful as I can sleep in and still make it for breakfast. We will return again when we can

Reviewed By Natalia8093Came here with my bf for his birthday, the pace is very beautiful, stayed in western style double room, they have very nice pool and friendly staff. But! Ordered a special meal ( each person was around 1,500nt) was definitely not worth that money, wasn’t full and stomach was uncomfortable on the next day :( bar is same, was expecting it to be better ? options of the breakfast menu was limited , no buffet. feel the price is too high for that..

Reviewed By Cruiser09383925458This is maybe a good hotel for Chinese/Taiwanese taste; if you are searching for a hotel of a good international standard, search for something else (sure, hard enough to find in Taiwan :-)). The ‘hotel’ has actually no front desk or reception, but the guy who gives you the room key speaks no English at all, hence avoids any conversation to you as a guest. The rooms are not small, but are not at all a suite size as the hotel advertised. Also, there are no facilities, no pool and not at all kids facilities (only if you accept the shabby mini golf court as such). It is not entirely bad, breakfast is also quite good, but for the price I would expect much more.

Reviewed By Billy LWe booked this hotel in Suao, Yilan County, for an overnight stay as we drove from Taitung on Highway 9. We stopped at a couple scenic spots along the way and arrived as darkness fell. Fortunately, there was off-street parking on the main and side roads. This hotel has seen better days – photos on website must have been taken when the hotel was brand new! The standard double room was very dated and needs renewal. Breakfast options were basic and limited but dining room had a good view of the surrounding mountains. We took a quick bite, checked out and continued on our journey northwards.

Reviewed By Kattlung房間很舒適, 有可愛討小孩喜歡的玩偶布置, 有附洗衣機讓旅客可以洗衣, 附近離觀光工廠及美食名店都不遠, 不過步行的話還是要花點時間! 老闆有提供蘇澳的美食景點地圖, 讓到來的訪客可以有個基本的概念!

Reviewed By superkfc1、交通便利，就在省道上，離火車站非常近，騎樓下及路邊可停車。 2、整體來說房間算乾淨明亮。 3、當天比較晚吃早餐，蒸物……等熟食已涼掉，可再改善。 4、若扣除早餐費而再壓低價格，似乎也是一個不錯的選擇。

Reviewed By JolyoneWe stoped here in the way to Taipei. Well located, near the road and 7eleven and other places to eat. Surprising this lodge has a natural hot spring water, and it's close to the park thermal. Free wifi, and staf friendly and english speak. Room clean and old.
