Crayon Factory

A place where we get to DIY our own markers and crayon. Ticket is priced at NT$250 each and we can use NT$100 to purchase things from their gift shops, mainly drawing materials, eg crayons, face paintings and markers. There is a fixed timing, we were there and managed to join 10am session, there were 4 DIY stations and the stations are fixed, one after another according to groups. We spent about 2 hours there, including DIY sessions. A must visit place for kids, especially if they love drawing...

Neipi Beach

We were visiting Nanfang'ao 南方奥 fishing village after reading food blogs about the food like the AhMa black sugar cake and Natural ice-cream, so we walked to the fish market and took photos of the fishing boat and decided to just walk to the beach. Its beautiful. But it was a hot day. Would have been better if we visited during setting sun. Saw a lot of butterflies around this sea grape tree. I like the Neipi beach better than Toufu cape.

Baimi Clogs Village

Baimi Wooden Clog Village, previously known as White Rice Urn, was named after its local production of rocks shaped like rice grains. Influenced by the Japanese during the Japanese Occupation, Baimi Village began producing and became a main provider of wooden clogs using wood from local Jiangmo trees. At that time, villagers would wear the wooden clogs, and produce a "kyat kyat" sound as they walk.

Bustling fish market which was very interesting to see. Great to find a local restaurant to taste the fresh seafood and try to catch the auction!
