Reviewed By 107adrianyA good little hotel located at the edge of the city. Clean and tidy room with a decent bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Free parking and free WiFi. The centre of town is a 20 minute walk away. Friends staff and logical COVID measures.

Reviewed By ricoz548We stayed for a few weeks at the Dominio. With 2 kids enough to do and see. The breakfast was marvelous, lcal food and loads of attention of the hosts. The tent we stayed in was cosy, a little hot in summer, but we jumped in the pool to cool down!

Zona calma com pouco movimento. Nada a apontar em termos de limpeza. O atendimento à chegada foi profissional e atencioso.

Pilgrim friendly hostel with good breakfast
Reviewed By Andrea HI stayed in this hostel during the covid pandemic and therefore it was very quiet. Nevertheless I had a great stay. There is a very comfortable living room and the owner can give you some tips of what to see in Santarem. It's worth exploring the town a bit, even after arriving on foot. I loved all the quirky art around the place. It really feels like a home. In the morning I was surprised to find a nice breakfast, completely prepared for each person. It's a great price for everything you get.

This place is designed with the intent for people to relax and ease of access, (a good design works, when you don't have to work to make it work). Just a few of the things that's made an impression: big and thick towels, crispy clean sheets, comfy pillows and mattress, florescent numbers on beds and drawers for easy use in the dark, high quality bathroom and shower. The people that run it, clearly with great knowledge and education in this business, great attention to detail with the choice of music and ambient light. Dinner was the best - fresh and tasty, served by the host with great care (needless to say - value for money is through the roof) I know I had to start with the check-in process, but what the heck. Done quickly, professionally and very informative and at the same time not overwhelming. I can say a lot more, but you get the idea Thank you!

Manor House located on one of the most beautiful belvederes in Portugal. The 8 rooms are extremely comfortable, well decorated and refined. Ideal for discovering the historical cities of Santarem, Obidos and Tomar. Swimming pool, fine dinning by appointment , HiFi free.

Fantastic waking up in the morning and opening the shutters to see the fog over the river plain below slowly evaporate - the scene unfolding gently. The "Casa" sits on 2000 years of history, some of which was still being uncovered around the grounds, while the grounds themselves sit on medieval, Moorish and Roman remains.

Reviewed By Yogagal12345I can’t say enough praise about this little gem! We are pilgrims going to Santiago and stopped here….luckily this is one of the stops we planned to take a rest day! It’s like a resort and spa! The rooms are so clean and beautifully decorated. We were greeted with complimentary wine & snacks too! The pool area and lounge are so cozy and we took full advantage of our day off there. Truly a special stay.

Reviewed By Michael SThree of us stayed here for one night while walking on the Camino from Lisbon towards Santiago. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, decorated in. traditional style, and very well kitted out with good WiFi. It’s a couple of kilometers from the centre of Santarem, in the direction of Golega. Very good value, friendly hostess with very good English. Decent restaurant (O Torgal) only 50 metres away for hungry pilgrims. Recommended.

Reviewed By Pedro TThe location is great to rest and get away from the busy city life, people are lovely and welcoming. If you want to discover the surrounding area, hiking, visiting the caves or tasting local cuisine, this place is great for it. Close enough to most of the attractions while not being too close. Also it’s one hour from Lisbon, very good for some long weekend fun Loved staying here and I’ll be coming back for sure
