Had wonderful food- thatâs a 5 star...service rushed. After I got my second glass of wine, manager came over to tell me people were waiting for this table. REALLY??? Why Sell me the wine? Take my money for the wine, and then say, âget the hell out?â Too rushed for comfort.

This place is hidden in a plaza on Rt. 57 in Liverpool and I would've never known it existed if it wasn't for Trip Advisor. The service isn't great. You're expected to seat yourself and signal that you're ready to order. The best thing (and I suppose the only important thing) is the food. The two rolls I ordered were delicious and well-priced. I would definitely come back but would most likely order my food as takeout.

We visited Red Lobster on Route 31 in Liverpool NY to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary! What a disaster! We had rolls , salad, appetizer and dinner all served within two minutes. I ordered baked potato with butter only. It was delivered with sour cream only. I ordered garden salad with French. It was delivered with no dressing. My hubby ordered Caesar salad and received garden salad too. Our lobster pizza was burned on the bottom. My hubby ordered a platter which included both lobster tail and crab legs. He received no crab crackers to break the crab shells. He asked twice. We requested soda refills which never arrived. Our server asked if we wanted to order dessert. No thank you! At that point I just wanted to get out of there! Our anniversary celebration was a Murphyâs Law Experience. My hubby talked with the female manager on duty before we left and she really didnât care. Poor customer service! Long time before we return, if ever!We're sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your meal at our Liverpool restaurant and we'd like to learn how we can make this better. A friend of mine had told me about this restaurant so my husband and I decided to go check it out on a Friday night. It is very small and there is no place to sit inside but there are 2 picnic tables outside. The prices were very reasonable compared to many other local fish restaurants in our area. We ordered fish sandwiches ($3.24), a large fry ($1.99), a large baked bean ($2.99) and two soda's (1.00 each). The fish sandwich and fries were excellent. I would skip the beans next time, the container was only filled up halfway and the beans were hard. Some other items they have are broiled haddock, shrimp, scallops and clams. If you order your sandwich with ketchup or tarter sauce they will put it on it. If you want it to go, they charge .30 for ketchup and .75 for tarter sauce. I imagine this helps them to keep their prices so low as well as only accepting cash. If this place was in a different location instead of at the end of a strip mall, it would be a gold mine.

Friday is fish day is my house. Always pick up at the Fish Cove. The fish is lightly breaded and deep fried to perfection. It has a friendly staff, clean environment and seldom have to wait for my order. You can order fish sandwiches, full size pieces of Haddock, shrimp, clams, scallops, spicy bites of Pollack and several other offerings. There are salads and beans in the cooler in containers to go, along with ketchup and cocktail sauce. Never miss a week at the Fish Cove.
