My wife and I arrived in Port Douglas yesterday from Melbourne. We made a booking online nearly one month ago for a dinner reservation at 7.30pm last night at 2 Fish.We even received an email from them yesterday morning (just before boarding our flight) asking me to confirm my reservation. Which I did.Upon arriving at the restaurant last night at 7.30pm, we see that there is a note on the door advings that the restaurant is closed until further notice. I find ut amazing that I can receive several emails from them since I had booked, but could not even have the courtesy of an email advising they will be closing.Unfortunately, being Saturday night, most places we when to after this issue where boojed out. We did finally manage to find a nice Thai restaurant which was delicious. I will write a review shortly on that one.

Located at the Marina Shopping centre in Port Douglas.Been there today to have 2 Scones with Coffee for $9.90Taste was great and the view from our table directly at the waterfront was amazing.Unfortunately we didn't know that they close at 3pm on Sundays.We arrived around 2.30 and we were the only people.They already started to clean everything up, although they told us not to rush.We can sit as long as we like.Staff was friendly.We will be back..but next time much earlier to really enjoy the view for longer, without rushing.

The steak we ordered was absolutely delectable , full of flavour and was quite easily the best steak I have ever eaten. A visit to Douglas always means a must visit to the yachtys have always been delightful in past visits. Recently we had fish and chips; sadly fish tough with chicken like texture regretfully. Spoiled a usually good experience Hi Leanne,Terribly sorry to hear of your disappointment. That is very unusual. My sincere apologies. We were returning from the Great Barrier Reef in Port Douglas Douglas Australia to out Silky Oaks Lodge in Mossman, We had to wait for the river to subside to continue to our Resort! We stopped at the Exchange Hotel Mossman for a few hours for beer & munches! The service was friendly & The Australia French Fries were Very Yummy! What a fun afternoon at a local Bar in Mossman Australia!

We ate twice at Mojo's in the week were staying in the valley. Super Smiling and friendly staff, fantastic food and service with really reasonable prices.Great Gluten free options also which is really refreshing. Mojo's rocks if you looking for somewhere for a great meal.Mojo's is as good or better than any restaurant you will find in Port Douglas with much better prices.
