Located in the North Lakes area, this is a little family run gem away from the bustle of the Shopping Centre. Specials on our luncheon outing was Quiche (wife) and Asian Curried Noodles (me) which were both tasty dishes and satisfying. Berry infused iced tea was a refreshing delight. Shared a dessert. Lunch for two was $30

We visit Blvd Cafe regularly on the weekends and absolutely love the place. It's got a great vibe, the staff are super friendly and helpful, they have great coffee and the food never disappoints. It has a great alfresco area with both indoor/outdoor seating which is beautiful on the crisp days of autumn/winter!My recommendation is definitely breakfast for the Potato Hash... it's to die for!!! Love it...Do yourself a flavour and check it out!

Great location , super friendly service and really, really delicious food. I ordered the beef burger and chips and what a burger it was! It was tasty and well balanced and the chips were perfect, probably one of the best Iâve ever had. This place is great for a business meeting with an outdoor and indoor seating arrangement convenient for private conversation. The only minus I have Iâm this review is they need more iced drink options that are not coffee based, otherwise that I love everything about this cafe and will go again and again.

We have only ever heard great reviews about this cafe and we finally decided to try it for our anniversary lunch. If you want a great coffee, this is the place. I had the best cappuccino in a long time with the creamiest froth, and the perfect temp. The menu caters for many dietary needs, is really good value and the kitchen transitions seamlessly between the breakfast and lunch menu times. The perfection is in the location and atmosphere. Itâs away from the busy esplanade, offers incredible bay and glass house mountain views. You have the option of enjoying your meal and drinks under the big fig trees or undercover if you prefer. Plenty of space between tables and is wheelchair and dog friendly. This licensed cafe was doing a great trade midweek at lunch time and Iâm sure they handle the weekend trade just as well. Overall a really pleasant experience we would love to repeat.

Iâve been anticipating a visit to Moo Free since I discovered them on Facebook a few years ago, after Iâd moved to the UK. Visiting one of their stores on this Oz holiday was priority...despite lacking a convenient location in Brisbane City. Nevertheless, we made it and I have to admit, it wasnât as great as Iâd hoped. Donât get me wrong, they have a solid menu and tons of options, but compared to other vegan burgers Iâve had, this one didnât really wow me. I had the standard Chickân Burger and onion rings and the flavours reminded me of Grillâd...the buns, tomato chutney and sides feel familiar. The bonus of this location is that itâs combined with Charlieâs Raw Squeeze, so you can grab dessert too. Probably good to cater for different tastes in one group, but I donât think Iâd go out of my way to visit again.

Best breakfast weâve had in Queensland. Innovative and delicious food. Great atmosphere. Impeccable service. A real surprise tucked into big box shopping area in north lakes. Canât recommend highly enough.

Mermaids is magical! What better way to ease stress and watch your troubles wash away than a nice cuppa on the deck watching beautiful Moreton Bay. The food is delicious with a great variety on the menu. Staff are outstanding!Go to Mermaids and take a little bit of the magic home with you!

My partner googled for cafes in the area and wanted to try this one.my friend who is local was surprised with the rating but she hasnât tried it. Nothing to look at but the menu was a little different and the breakfast burger was seriously good.well priced. Good service and an eye for attention to detail. Would happily return and recommend
