We searched for Mexican restaurants in Cordoba because we wanted a break from Spanish food... we didn't regret it!! The tacos were amazing and we were the only people in the restaurant (Tuesday late lunch isn't busy!) So the service was impeccable. We would definitely go again

Very quiet in the restaurant since we arrived as soon as it opened. Friendly helpful service from the waiter. Ordered the salmon with vegetables (oriental style) which was beautifully presented and very tasty. Husband had oxtail which he really enjoyed. Daughter had a simple chicken dish which she declared was the juiciest chicken she'd ever had. Unfortunately no time to sample the desserts but we can highly recommend this restaurant and would love to go back.Thank you very much for your great appreciation we always look for the client to have the best possible experience. regards

We dined at Zahir Centro on the basis of the reviews here on TripAdvisor. The restaurant (more of a café when it comes to ambience) is undeserving of its good reputation. Starters were ok, if undistinguished, and service was friendly and competent, but the risotto I ordered as a main course was one of the worst dishes I've eaten for years - a dense lump of glutinous rice mixed with semi-cooked onion, crumbs of prawn and a few mushrooms. Somewhere between sour and tasteless and heavy beyond belief. I ate very little of it, and told the waitress exactly what I thought of it, and was surprised to find it on the bill. Won't go again.Hello! We are sorry that you have eaten the worst Risotto in a long time. We are surprised that your tablemates when asking Elvira (our waitress), have told you that everything is ok.If we had known that the dish had not been to your liking we would have changed it but you ate more than half of the plate.It is a great shame to doubt the rest of our clients' comments, after all, he is doubting their criteria.We consider our food to be delicious (and this is how the hundreds of comments from tripadvasor and the customers who come to the restaurant let us know).That a dish is not to your liking for some reason does not justify doubting our reputation.He tells us he won't come back! Very nice little restaurant offering healthy and delicious fresh food. Everything was very tasty and well prepared. The staff is friendly and as a little extra they seem to have a good taste for music as well

We ate here twice during our short stay in a chilly, wet April week and were very impressed by the quality of the food and service. There are many restaurants along this road by the river but this is really the star. The restaurant is decorated in modern Spanish style, light and airy with a menu in English which is varied and imaginative. We began with a delicious glass of Cava and our choices for main course arrived in a timely manner with a service that was attentive but not intrusive. The cooking though is superb with food beautifully presented, every mouthful a delight. Don't walk past!
