Fushion Japo & Tapas

Having visited it several times, my personal favorite is the salmon tartar and the assortment of shushi and maki, whose composition changes each day, but that are uniformly delicious. I think that is the only restaurant in town that would satisfy a Japanese cuisine lover, but be prepared to pay for that, bill is not going to be lower than 20 euros.

Roku

I have been to Roku three times already since they opened in September and cannot wait to go back. The hotel where I stayed recommended it highly. The place, atmosphere, the food presentation, not to mention the sophisticated and elaborate dishes were to a very, very high standard. The service is impeccable, always with a smile, discreet but very personable. I have been to Roku for both lunch & dinner; I would say it is as good a place for a business meeting during the day as it would be for a romantic dinner at night. The food!!! I can't even begin to describe it. It's by far the best Japanese food I've had outside of Japan. One thing I love is that it's not just about sushi, they serve mostly cooked dishes - there is much more to Japanese food than just sushi, if you didn't already know!! However, if decent sushi is what you're mainly searching for, they do serve a small selection of sushi and raw fish dishes, which taste fantastic and add to the more traditional western perception of Japanese food.Highly recommended at all levels.
