Reviewed By Jet736150Nice hotel, very good room with nice sea views and excellent bathroom. Communal areas in very good order and staff friendly and generally helpful. We selected the full board choice and the food was, for this sort of hotel, very nice with plenty of choice. Bar prices were extremely fair for a hotel and generally, for the price paid all was good. Only complaint was the howling mess they made of the birthday cake I provided with candle. It was delivered to our table still in the packaging and with no candle. Really very disappointing. Despite this I would recommend this establishment

Reviewed By JkotorHuge place. Only buffet, you can't get a sandwich or a steak. Breakfast buffet quality lacking. Bug juice not orange juice. Need a pass to go anywhere. Not near any restaurants or shops. Better book a small hotel near town. Average age of clients was minimum 80. Thought I was in an old folks home.

Mandy was so welcoming and informative despite our late check in time. I had messaged a few days prior (via WhatsApp) to inform of our late arrival time of 11pm, and as we were driving down she even messaged to see how our trip was going etc, reassuring there was no pressure and to take our time. We stayed for a week mid May in a ground floor (117) with terrace. We have 3 children and the extra outdoor floor space is a great bonus. The pool and area were quiet as the season is still only opening up. However it was exactly the quiet, family holiday I enjoyed. The pool, and indoor areas are spotless. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Well done! The beach is so close, and the walk to the town is a pleasure. The town has a lot of great restaurants and we cannot wait to return. We will definitely be back to Sea Experience!

Perfect pet friendly hotel near the yacht marina
Reviewed By samsung131Nice hotel located near the waterfront & yacht marina. The outside of the hotel looked shabby and the sign is not obvious so we missed it on the first pass, but dont let this put you off. The inside public areas and the rooms have all been finished to a high standard and it was spotlessly clean. Dogs are accepted at €25 a night which I thought was a bit pricey but they do provide dog dishes and a nice comfy bed for him. Due to covid, breakfast is by timed slot and they serve you rather than it being a buffet, but it was OK and there was plenty of choice. There was plenty of restaurants opposite the hotel on the yacht marina. The hotel does not have its own parking, but street parking nearby was plentiful and failing that there is a carpark on the yacht marina and an underground parking under the marina shopping centre.

Reviewed By Stuart CThe room we were allocated surprised us as we entered a very spacious, airy, clean and modern accommodation, finding we'd been upgraded to a junior suite on the outside corner of the hotel! And fabulous it was, with a large bathroom fitted out with very high quality materials, including "his & hers" wash basins, a large walk-in shower with a big, square "rainfall" shower head, attractive stone-textured walls and a floor laid with beautiful natural stone tiles! To add to this luxury, the towels were soft and thick. The junior suite also boasts a spacious walk-in wardrobe! A huge and very comfortable king-size bed, in keeping with the level of luxury, is positioned within a quadrant-shaped room with three large windows along the curved wall giving loads of light to the well-fitted, quality interior. A private balcony is accessible through a glass-panelled door. However, the addition of certain items would've completed the overall perfection of this room. While the bathroom is occupied, a large mirror on an otherwise blank wall in the room itself would be a useful addition, likewise a small shelf in the walk-in shower to place bottles of shampoo/shower gel. Certainly more electric sockets by the desk would prove useful, too, as we had to unplug the television to gain access to an electricity supply for the laptop in particular. This sole socket near the desk was hidden behind the high-mounted TV and is slightly tricky to reach. A light dedicated to the desk area would also be a boon. Otherwise, what a beautiful room! As mentioned in a previous review, an absence of fried or even scrambled eggs at breakfast on some days and just hard boiled eggs on offer, even though bacon and sausages, etc., are available, I find this a bit odd! Also, the inclusion of HP sauce, a favourite with British guests, would be a welcome addition at breakfast, although this is a Spanish hotel, catering mainly for Spanish guests. However, the food is of high quality throughout the day. The restaurant is large enough to cope even during the busiest of periods and the restaurant personnel work flat out at all times. The rooftop bar located on the 8th floor, "La Vida Pura," has a great ambience and impressive views but the drinks are somewhat expensive, even with a 10% discount applied! A swimming pool is also located in this area, along with the pool on the lower floor. There is plenty of free parking near the hotel and its location is only a short walk from the pleasant town centre. Beaches can be accessed nearby. Over all, the staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is kept virtually spotless at all times. We've been to this hotel four times and we will be back!

This location is in the center and the edge of the sea, without having to move around as are all services and attractions that you may need.

Reviewed By Kenn HThe location of this hotel, perched on the edge of the sea between the beach and the castle walls cannot be beat. The rooms are modern and clean with plenty of space. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We especially appreciate the way Ines helped is check in and get prepared for the beach - there were towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. The upper terrace is a great place to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset before dinner. We would most definitely recommend it, if it is available.

We had very nice room 439 with great sea view and very nice spa in hotel as well. Posh restaurant with nice food selection. Only one disappointment as we were with kids and very late dinner. But apart of that nice hotel, thank you

Great welcome and service from his site, the room was not ready when I arrived, but I was quickly offered a drink in the pool bar on the house. And then Bernardo came after 15 min with the key and informed me the was available now. The young man in the pool-bar (do not remember his name) Was a fresh guy, good service and professional approach. The restaurant manager, (The nice lady that was setting people when arrival at the restaurant for lunch and Dinner) Had an amazing personality, not only towards me But also when the family with kids was arriving to the restaurant. All in all an amazing experience fromthe staff, they all made me feeling more than welcome, and I did not feel alone even though I was there by my self. The bad site. Outdated rooms, the food is not Up to standard, to much waiting time for getting access to restaurant.

Possibly the coronavirus has given people a wakeup call but we could not fault the room, the food or the facilities. It did take a while to book in only because they have to print off the tickets for all the attractions. As a vegetarian it was a disappointment to see 8 amazing paellas without a veg option - only happened once. We would go back, it's only a couple of hours up the motorway and the family enjoyed themselves.

Hotel in Benicassim, 70 m away from the beach. Hotel Tramontana enjoys a privileged location on Torre Sant Vicent Beach ("Blue Flag for Clean Seas of Europe" and "Q Touristic Quality) on the pleasant promenade and very close to the center of Benicassim and the main leisure and entertainment areas. The main attraction of our house lies in its warmth and the friendly and personalised care we offer our guests. We have a total of 65 rooms (single, double, triple and even quadruple rooms), all equipped with TV, terrace, full bathroom, telephone, air conditioning and heating in winter.
2nd perfect stay
Reviewed By jakel1986Stayed here for the second year in a row for Rototom festival. Hotel is 1 minute from the beach, rooms are spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day. Supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and town centre 10 minutes. Much less on bikes. Breakfast is good - bread, cheese, meats, cakes, cereal, toast etc. What makes the hotel stand out the most however is the staff, all of them friendly and happy to help and we look forward to seeing them again next year.
