Nice hotel in a quiet area
Reviewed By looproadThis hotel met all our expectations. We reserved the room with additional living space and it was very spacious. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly upon check in. Hotel is close to restaurants, museum, pioneer girl statue and all that Ponca City has to offer! The pool looked nice and we were told there was a hot tub outside but we didn’t use (because it was cold and snowing) I would recommend this hotel if you’re ever in the area.

Not a good experience
Reviewed By Allen DThis motel has bedbugs. I had not read reviews until after I stayed there with my daughter and her three children. Our room had bedbugs. The staff was excellent and helping me problem solve by fumigating our things and getting us a new room. We did not get settled in until 1 AM. I feel a complementary room was in order yet the area manager has not agreed to that. Motel looked clean. They just need to fumigate the whole building and start over.

Just what we were looking for
Reviewed By 721henryaSomething that stood out from the time we walked in the door was that the staff was alert for any opportunity to make our stay perfect. We had booked for one night but as soon as we got settled into the room my wife said we should make it two nights. I went to the front desk to extend out stay and that was handled quickly and efficiently. The next day I was returning the extra key and a different person at the front desk asked how our stay had been. I said "There was only one problem." They immediately got out a notepad and started to write it down. I told them to wait until I explained. I said that the problem was that the room was so nice that we decided to extend the stay and I was just returning the extra key. Our room was clean and comfortable but the attitude of the front desk staff was even more outstanding and welcoming. The so-called fitness center consisted of three machines in a room the size of a large walk-in closet. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. There was scrambled eggs and sausage patties both days we were there. Both were average. The waffle maker worked great, though.

Reviewed By Amy POur goal was to go to Pawhuska to visit Ree Drummond's restaurant, lodge where she films her show, anything else related to her. This ended up being one of the closer hotels. This hotel was a good location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

No one fills in when front desk clerks on a break and we had to go thru casino to service area, only to be told to go back to front desk. She showed up 10 min later. No early check ins. No other concerns. Easy access from highway

Reviewed By dougf74We did not have any problems with room very clean and spacious and but another couple claimed bed bugs but was promptly moved rooms Love staying at a Ruffin owned hotel being we live in Wichita Quiet and good sleep TV alot of options signing in Netflix or Amazon prime etc

Reviewed By randyd742On a multi week Harley trip and decided to push into Ponca City but wanted a clean comfortable and safe motel so I found Regal Inn and called from Kansas. Staff was super friendly and held two rooms without a credit card requested! Got it and staff was super fast and friendly. Great motel, pull right up to your door! Updated rooms great AC great lighting. Coffee and fridge, motorcycle towels available as well! Great place definitely recommend and would return!
