But the story is even better!! My friend has read four books about the Marland family and most of it is beyond belief!! The grounds are impeccable. Go well before closing time, as they are not very accommodating.

The first Marland home was very large. Beautiful, huge rooms unlike other large homes I've toured from this time period. Self guided tour. The Indian exhibits and the 101 Ranch museum artifacts were also very interesting. The first indoor swimming pool in Oklahoma was in it's basement.

We decided to just take a drive on a beautiful day. We turned off to visit a city where Conco Oil company is. This museum had a wonderful display about the beginning of the company to present day . It had everything from office equipment, laboratory, and field equipment from the late 1890s. It was a very enjoyable surprise. The museum is FREE

Beautiful old building, refurbished to her 1920's glory. Good venue for a concert. Good acoustics, comfortable seats. Loved this old theater and staff was great. We saw Gene Watson, Moe Bandy and Mickey Gilley here. Definitely look forward to being here again

This is an interesting little museum that has an extensive gift shop for its size. The docents are very knowledgeable about the area. It is worth going to the Marland Estate nearby to get the full story about the statue of the Pioneer Woman and to see small scale replicas of the other statues that were commissioned for the contest that resulted in the building of this 17-foot statue.

While recently on a business trip to Ponca, I stumbled upon a a great place. Ponca bowl is an exciting and affordable place to have fun, meet new people, and grab a bite to eat.
Marianne and Snider are great at making you feel at home! Even though I was 2500 miles away from my home, the entire staff made me feel at home.
The bowling is great, the staff is awesome, the food is good, the beer is cold, and you don't have to break the bank for a good time.
I wish I could have stayed to bowl in their league bowling...
Thank You Ponca Bowl for making my time in Ponca City memorable!!!

You won't go wrong here. By appointment only so be sure to call and book if you know you will be in the area. The therapist has great technique and is very knowledgeable in the skills of her trade. The location is tucked nicely into a small strip type mall, but the business itself and the room are very private and accommodating. You feel very welcome and you get an excellent massage. This will not be my last visit. She is by far the best I have had in years.

park is nice with statues and informations about the different tribes. not much to see inside the museum. more actual local displays and paintings and pictures.

I enjoyed that they had a few new drinks on their shelves, yet the prices were a bit high compared to wholesale or bigger cities! other than that i can't exactly complain.
