Reviewed By CynP1987Love this place!! My second stay in Iberostar Lanzarote and absolutely love it! We stayed for 2 weeks in the Star Prestige area and we can totally recommend it! Breakfast and diner is in the prestige restaurant, lunch is in the main restaurant which is very crowded and busy with kids. Food has a great quality. During nighttime we had our drinks at the Star Prestige Poolbar with live music. A big thank you to Charaf, Jan and the others! They work very hard! Hopefully we will return in 2023.

Reviewed By katieb8277We are back from this amazing hotel a week now, I really cant find a fault in any part of our stay, thought I was going to have a rough 2 weeks sleep because I found the bed so Hard (beds are always hit and miss with me) spoke to reception next morning and a mattress topper was on my bed within an hr bliss lol, staff are lovely the bedrooms were kept spotless, any thing I used were replaced next day (tea, coffee, etc), and the food was amazing plenty of choice even the most picky eater would find something to enjoy. Plenty of sunbeds so didn't feel a rush to get out early to get one. round the pool area, was so relaxing entertainment was there but not intrusive , the piano bar was lovely and were so friendly while wizzing about with full trays lol. once the problems with the airports settle down we will be booking a return visit .

We were met at the door on check in and was in our room in minutes. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone seemed happy to help. A spotless clean hotel maintained to a very high standard. An excellent choice of food at both breakfast and evening dinner. I highly recommend the Natura Palace to anyone wanting an adult only relaxing and pleasant holiday.

I was pleased to find that this beautiful hotel was well maintained and still had the same fantastic staff as before the pandemic. My partner and I had a fantastic stay. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful and the food is great. The breakfast buffet has an exhausting selection of different hot and cold food, pastries, fruit etc.

Reviewed By Franny87sheffStaying here at the moment and the apartments are lovely very modern and clean along with all the communal areas Plus points: Apartments Choice of pools No problem getting a sunbed Lovely staff Downside; Food repetitive Limited choice of Gluten Free food/deserts Entertainment in the evenings Other Elba’s in the chain certainly have better GlutenFree options-we picked this chain due to previous experience but my partner hasn’t had a pudding all week only sweets and an ice cream from the snack bar Good location stroll to the beach or I’ve heard they do a shuttle bus

Adults Only (sort of)
Reviewed By skintbuthappy_8My husband and I took visited here in early May and needed a relaxing break following a difficult year. We stayed in the adults only area in two amazing rooms that had everything we could think of. The outside areas are fabulous and surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. A winding maze of pathways takes you to your rooms and it is quite a walk so we ended up hiring a mobility scooter for my Mum - big shout out to Paul at MobilityMe who delivered this in a couple of hours. The main adult restaurant is lovely and the staff amazing. There is plenty of choice every day. We were a little disappointed we couldn't use it at lunchtime and went in the family restaurant that we found a bit like a cafeteria. the tour operators sell these suites as adults only but they are on a family site so you can't avoid children if you want to try one of the large beautiful pools. Night time entertainment for adults only is a failure I'm afraid. The main room was full of young children and catered for them. The adults bar had a mediocre singer every night and was rather boring. As we were there to relax this didn't bother us too much but could annoy other guests looking for an adult entertainment programme. I should point out that I do love children and have had many, many family holidays abroad but when we booked this we did think it was an adult only complex. The adults pool is small but we loved it and the snack bar was fabulous with a cold buffet available all day and then meals made to order which were all great for lunch. We had one a la carte evening in the Italian restaurant and the food was fantastic. The staff at the Elba work extremely hard. I hope they have more bar staff in peak season as they were run off their feet when we were there! I would definitely return to this hotel - the rooms and setting alone make it a gorgeous place to relax and I may even return with my grandchildren and have the full family experience! Oh, and the spa is fantastic - had a great massage.

Simple yet ticked what I needed
Reviewed By tams1nbStayed at the hotel from Tuesday 7th of June to Sunday 12th. Travelled by myself and booked the room only package through Jet2, so can’t really comment on the food as I’ve not eaten here. Receptionist was friendly on arrival and gave me keys and a map of the complex which shows where your room is along with the layout of the complex. The complex has it’s own supermarket but there is a HiperDino (I assume a local chain as there are a few doted around the island) about 5 minutes walk away from the complex itself. Room I stayed in had it’s own balcony with table and chairs and a drying rack outside for towels. The lounge area had a small desk, sofa and table, kettle with mugs and glasses and a mine fridge (empty of course) The bedroom had a sliding wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a safe (€3 per day if you want to use) Bathroom was spacious with a powerful walk-in shower. Shampoo and body wash supplied, but brought my own with me. Small bar of soap is also provided in the bathroom. Air conditioning unit was only in the main lounge and not in the bedroom, unsure if that’s the same for other rooms, so it did mean the bedroom was warm during the evening, and the room backed onto the main road. Cleaners clean the room 6 days a week, also a do not disturb door hanger if you don’t want the room to be cleaned on a particular day. Pool area was good, two pools with plenty of sunbeds available during my stay. The beach is 10-15 walk away but the hotel offers a bus transfer if you don’t want to walk, never used this as the walk was easy enough. Marina with the main restaurant strip was again 10-15 minutes away and had plenty to offer each night in terms of food and evening entertainment. The hotel entertainment was a bit hit and miss, as most people have mentioned there are a lot of French and German tourists so a lot of the evening entertainment was in French and the music varied, and finished around 22:30 each evening. All in all for someone travelling by themselves and just wanting a break I found it to be okay. Local bus stop a few meters down from the complex entrance with good connections.

Reviewed By Caron RMy 11 year old son and I enjoyed a weeks stay last October Half Term, and if I’m totally honest just chose this property as the package was such good value and because they had slides into the pool for my son. Best points - the apartments are great value, very clean and very spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable great nights sleep. I contacted the hotel and asked them for a higher floor which they were able to grant me, has a lovey apartment overlooking the pool, but still quiet at night. Spacious fridge, great shower. Staff are friendly and very eager to help always cleaning, constantly sanitising everything in sight, even the pool steps. Onsite small supermarket is fantastic, cheaper than those in town, has everything you need and fantastic fresh bread everyday. Wine is also very cheap. Sells inflatables for the pool. Buffet restaurant was also great, always plenty of choice. Always plenty of sun loungers and we didn’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sun lounger. Pool snack bar again provides reasonable drinks, snacks, chips etc, (they haven’t quite mastered Pizzas, very strange tasted like breadsticks but everything else was great. Stephanie was amazing, friendly and very hard working, felt sorry for her really needed more staff. Pools are large and spacious, one I heated though we couldn’t tell much difference. Only 1 slide was working at the time, and it was very small, they are suited for smaller children, my son was a bit bored but made friends around the pool especially with the hotels Animation chap, was so great with Archie & tried really hard. There is also a games rooms with pool tables which my son enjoyed. Look, it’s not the H10, (which is next door), but was a lovey quiet break, good and clean, hotel staff try so hard, nothing to complain about and not a cockroach in sight.
