Celebrating a friend's graduation, she chose Dunderbak's for her celebratory dinner. Very good choice! We found the staff to be quick to please and the food was good. We tried the fried pickles for our appetizer, they were very good! Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the Bavarian goulash which was fantastic. Beef was tender and the dish was delicious! Portion size was just right.Our only concern was some black stuff floating in our unsweetened iced tea. Based on another reviewer's comments, maybe management needs to take a close look at the beverage system and cleaning procedures? On our latest visit we went for brunch. The menu is always different which is something we love! The entrees never disappoint. Make sure you check out the dessert case. You may want to start there! Make reservations!

While visiting our son and his fiance we were looking for somewhere for lunch nor far from downtown. Based on TA reviews we went here. Lots of food selections ranging from wraps and sandwiches to Ukranian food. We ordered an assortment of dishes, which they served family style for us. Everything we had was delicious. Well worth a stop.

My wife, adult daughter and I had breakfast with two friends here on a Friday morning at 9 in late July. We ordered coffee, three kinds of eggs Benedict, juice and another entree. Service was prompt and attentive and our coffee cups stayed well filled. We enjoyed our meal, and the bill with 20% tip came to $85 which seems fine for feeding 5 of us a sizable breakfast. Ambiance here is not fancy, so it gets a 4. Food was tasty, so it gets a 4. Location is good, right on Broad off New Street, so location gets a 5, and value gets a 4, while service gets a 5. That works out to an overall 4. This was our second time eating at Billyâs and we likely will do so again next time we are in Bethlehem.Hello PhilosophicalOldGuy, I appreciate the in depth review. It helps us see where we can improve and to see what we are doing right. We'll definitely work on making sure the ambiance is set right, as well as keep making sure our food is up to the standards that we have become known for.
