Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and that is exactly how I received it with plenty of extra cheese. Also ordered a California cheesesteak and was quite surprised the amount of steak on the sandwich. It was filling and the amount of lettuce.tomato and onion did not hamper the steak flavor but increased the overall taste of the sandwich.Roll was fresh and the order was done rather quickly. For a spur of the moment meal, all was tasty and filling.

We ate here last night and had a wonderful time! The food was very good (expansive menu too!) and the atmosphere was perfect for families! The waitress was wonderful and put in food for the kids right away since they were hungry. My daughter spilled her milk and I cleaned it up immediately and when I told the waitress she was great, she said it was no big deal and happens all the time! She grabbed more napkins for us for the table and was attentive the whole evening. Can't wait to come back (or get takeout!)!!!

My family and I have been enjoying Rocky's Pizza for several years. For family occasions, it is our go-to pizza place. We usually order take-out. The pizza has an excellent thin crust. It's chewy yet with a crisp bottom. The tomato sauce is one of the best around. It's rich and tasty and, best of all, it is not acidic. The location is in an old house that has been converted into a restaurant. The atmosphere is non-existent, but the food is fresh and good.

Tried some sandwiches in addition to our usual pizza order. Chicken parmesan is sooo delicious with plenty of cheese, just the right amount of sauce and a nice portion of chicken (NOT a chicken patty.) Also, tasted my husband's loaded ham and cheese sub - yummy! Everyone in our family loves the pizzas; this time we ordered a large Hawaiian and a pie with everything. Plenty of leftover pizza that was great served as a night-time snack.

I would do call ahead seating- but be warned, you need to remember your number. It's a seat yourself type of place with table numbers easily seen. You may wait a bit if you don't reserve a table, they're busy!Happy hour prices are good- and the $5 red sangrias are really made well (very strong!). All of the food was great and reasonably priced. They also have a nice selection of gluten-free options if you require that. There's really only two downsides to the place. The service is a bit slow- such as the server brought out my pizza, but then it was 10 minutes before the other two at the table got their food- that's not acceptable. The other is that the restrooms are an absolute dump (at least the men's room is). The door doesn't even close properly, so as soon as you open the door, you can see someone taking a leak at the urinal since there's no barrier between the urinal closest to the door and sink.Otherwise, nice restaurant and really good food!

My girlfriend and I stopped into Fiore's Ristorante Italian Bar & Pizzeria for lunch a few days ago while in Shoemakersville, Pa. to visit an antique store and all I can say is that it was a most excellent experience. She got a large Stromboli that was absolutely delicious and was so huge that she could only manage to eat about one third of it while I ordered the traditional Veal Marsala which, in itself, was a generous enough portion that I couldn’t finish it either, so we both had plenty to take home for dinner that night. The beer selection is adequate and I also tried a vanilla flavored bourbon they have which I found to be very tasty, too. The owner, Sal, is a very pleasant, congenial, and friendly guy whom we enjoyed talking with while waiting for our meals as he explained the history behind his founding of the restaurant and the renovations he had recently done to it. My only regret is that Fiore’s is 120 miles from where we live or I would most definitely be a regular there. If one ever finds oneself in Shoemakersville and in need of an excellent meal, I highly recommend Fiore's Ristorante Italian Bar & Pizzeria.

It has been many years since I have been to Pizza Como since I no longer live close by. I happened to be in the neighborhood recently and stopped for a sandwich. It was as good as I remembered. They make their own rolls which is a big plus. Most of the area sandwich shops use ATV rolls - which are awful. I got the #3 which had capicola, proscitino (that is what they called it - looked like pepper ham to me), provolone, tomato (2 skimpy anemic pieces unfortunately) and somel small bits of shredded lettuce and onions. I liked that the meat was very thinly sliced but I would have liked a bit more tomato, lettuce and onion. I will definitely get another sandwich if I am in Temple again.

My bf and I both tried the special which was chicken parm, stuffed shells and ravioli. It came with a large salad and garlic bread. I loved the salad which included.sliced cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes croutons and green olives. The meal was good and reasonably priced. My only complaint is the garlic bread they served was a sub roll split open and butter and some seasonings on it. I would rather have bread than a roll.
