Very limited choices in the area so on a recent rainy evening I tried Carini again for the first time in a few years. Pizza is just OK. Veal dishes are very bland and nondescript. Calzone was mostly dough and little filling. For the reviewers that say it is equal to the many great pizza joints in and around NYC- all I have to say is you must have been drinking Narrowsburg water too long. Carini is OK if you are stuck with nothing else to eat but if you want better Pizza you need to drive about 20 miles down RT 97 or 18 miles into Pennsylvania as I do.

We were visiting friends nearby & we all decided to go out to eat. There wasn't much of a selection for a sit down dining experience; so we chose Carini. Our meals were very tasty. We ordered a stromboli, buffalo wings, mercato salads,and Tortalini soups. It wasn't a fancy dining establishment, but we weren't looking for that either. My only complaint was their unsweetened iced tea, which I always order. I don't know how you can mess that up, but that was the worst iced tea I ever had.

We spent New Years eve at UV's. Our food was terrific - especially loved the bruschetta and risotto. The server was terrific - portions were almost too generous. The drinks were great. A lot of care & attention went into making sure we had a great time. Reasonable prices too. Clean and well laid out. The decor doesn't live up to the food and service; but, they have a lovely outdoor deck which I'm looking forward to visiting in the spring. Guessing that'll kick it up to a 5.

Joe&Lo is the way to go. Cheesey, I know. To start their pizza is delicious. It's flavorful, hot, fresh, and the crust is always perfect. Service is pretty decent along with price. I personally would recommend getting food to-go. It's 100% the best option between Honesdale and Hawley for your classic pizza. Better than Two Guys and way better than Elegante's.

I went on a Thursday night to hear my friends music. Every Thursday at 7:00PM there is fabulous live, jazz music. I'm vegan as is my whole family and was delighted to find the owners Floray and Jaffa, I'm sure this is not the correct spelling of their names, more than happy to accomodate. The salads are fresh and abundant. And Jaffa makes us the best veggy pizza we have ever had.

We dined at 5;30 to take advantage of the 4 course early bird specials â exceptional taste, exceptional value. Lovely historic building tucked into the Belvedere Hotel, gracious and attentive staff, wonderful experience with friendly residents at neighboring tables. A âmust dineâ location. (We recommend the crab stuffed mushroom hors dâoeuvres, baked salmon with artichoke hearts, chicken parmigiana). Thank you, Julie, for the lovely experience.

I dine at this establishment often. Never have I been disappointed. Rich and Mary run this place right! The food is top notch and there is something available for everyone; this is my favorite go-to restaurant when bringing guests out to eat. A beautiful ride along the Delaware and then the friendly and reasonably priced meal. Well done!!

We've stopped here several times for pizza and outdoor dining on their patio. The owner and staff are always friendly and their pizza is great. They use a wood fired oven and can prepare dozens of different style pizzas very quickly. They also service beer, wine and soda. Dessert is also good. The outdoor patio is open well into the fall. The owner said they even have Sunday brunch pizza with mimosas!
