L'association hôtel et restaurant est fréquemment compliquée chez Ibis.Là , par contre, j'avoue ma satisfaction par rapport à la qualité des menus service et du service.Le repas a été plus que correct par rapport à la notion de qualité/prix (servi ce jour là une cuisse de volaille farcie aux champignons). Le vrai plus fut le service d'une grande efficacité, discret et à l'écoute du client. Bref une bonne prestation par rapport au contexte.

Déjeuner en couple dans la très belle salle avec vue sur le golf.Accueil très sympathique, seule lâardoise du jour est disponible le midi. Elle offre déjà un bon choix.Formule plat dessert. Pièce de bÅuf à la cuisson impeccable.Dessert agréable et frais.Verre de vin de lâArdèche excellent. Café.Note tout à fait acceptable.Au total bilan très positif dans un cadre reposant. Merci à Pauline pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons.

We ate here as it was so convenient for the hotel. The pizzas were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. However, the staff were lovely, both the owner and one of the waitresses spent lots of time with all of the diners and paid special attention to the children who we're dining in the restaurant.Particular highlight was the discovery of the Nutella pizza!

Nice couple who run the place who gave a very warm welcome, small and intimate and after 8pm all tables were full.Very little English spoken and the menu in French only you need to be able to read in French.If you wish a good French restaurant with French style cooking then this is a good place to try, small portions but all food cooked well.Wine was excellent ,

Never been before and found this delightful restaurant near the "cathedral". Modern layout. Good facilities. Excellent reception and service. Very good food way of a quality well above its price range. Nice touches in the presentation and some lovely interesting flavours. House wine is local and very acceptable. A very nice meal

Remarkable experience in this restaurant in all aspects. We have chosen the Saveur menu @ 31 Euro/pp (starter,main,dessert). Taste,presentation were exceptional as well as the service. Staff was friendly,kind and could understand basic English. Reservation is highly suggested as the restaurant is tiny.

I went with a friend who lives in the area who hadn't been recently. What a surprise for both of us. We were seated at a lovely table.Attentive service without being overbearing.The 'amuse-bouche' was very good, except for the thin slice of oregano bread that did'nt have much taste.The foie gras entrée was delicious. We regretted not being able to lick our plates.My fish main course was just as good. As was her duck. I have never tasted duck so tender.Now, we get to the best part. Dessert. An ephemeral chocolate sphere. I know they are the current fashion in desserts, but so far, I hadn't been tempted. Let's just say, I am seriously considering returning to Cholet, if only to have it again.Conclusion : if you are looking for a lovely restaurant, this is the place.

Amazing food at a great price! The owner is very nice and funny and extremely welcoming to English speakers! The food is very fresh and the menu is constantly changing depending on what fresh ingredients are available.
