We took some friends for our first trip to this restaurant for brunch. There were five of us and they were busy. Not full but fairly busy. The grill is nice inside, modern looking. lots of high top tables. nice full bar. We sat down and took our time ordering. but once we ordered it took almost an hour before our food arrived. We had two omelettes, two chicken and waffles and a breakfast platter. Usually breakfast food doesnt take that long to prepare. Tables for four came in after us, ate and left before our food even came to our table. Once the food did arrive, french fries were cold, or were warm and seemed as if they had been sitting out waiting. The grits were runny. Omelettes were good and tasty. Chicken for the chicken and waffles was hot and tender. Waffles were on the tough side. our one teenager didnt care for his C&W, so he went next door and bought a pretzel. Saying it was better than what he had for breakfast. The manager did come over to apologize, offered us free desserts. we declined but she gave us 20% off coupons for next time. I'm not sure there will be a next time.

The choices on the menu made it difficult to select my choice for lunch. There are salads, wraps, burgers, etc and then you can also choose breakfast all day.There were lots of interesting items to look at on walls and shelves. The place was spotless and the food was very good, as was the service.

After a 45 minute wait in the bar, not too bad though as we were having drinks, we were seated on the patio :) unfortunately, before we were finished with dinner, and before dessert, we were asked to leave... Apparently there is a time limit on the patio? That's silly and very disappointing. I can only think that we were only a party off two and the $ for a larger party at our table would have been better for the business? Perhaps that also explains our server, Shelby's bad attitude. SMH, where died customer service go?

The name of this restaurant says it all. If you go there for a hamburger, you might be disappointed. They are all about fish and itâs preparation. We went there with friends and as the different selections arrived, every one seemed pleased with the quality and taste of the food. Having frequented the Bonefish Grill in Las Vegas where we lived for 14 years, it was great to see that taste and quality remained consistent for this chain here in Buffalo. Their Bang Bang Shrimp seems to be a favorite but you will not be disappointed with their other fish selections.

food was very good perfect, I might add. One staff member continually[4x] opened the exterior door bringing in the 25 degree air.. I visually followed the cold air invader. it was the owner! Either him or the middle aged dish washer is allowed to make drinks.

Went for the first time for my daughter in laws birthday. She loves seafood We tried so many appetizers, all which were great that we ended up taking a lot of our main entree home! Everything was fabulous ! We will definitely be back!
