Galley is our go-to place for dinner. We love their pan-fried oysters, donât miss the local-caught salmon (if available), and their burgers are simply the best. Mushroom-Swiss is my personal favorite; better half likes the blue cheese. These are ârealâ burgers with high-quality beef, nice buns, good trimmings. In perhaps 20 meals, the food quality is rock-solid amazing. Service can sometimes be scattered; donât be shy about askingâjust saying.

We really enjoyed Bucky's for breakfast and for lunch. Our first lunch was the Caesar Salad with fresh crab. Delicious! Second lunch was fish tacos: very good. It's great to sit out on the deck in back, especially because most tables have umbrellas for shade.

We had intended to eat dinner at several other spots on Lopez, but after our first dinner there at Islander Resort on their patio, we couldnât resist a second dinner the next night. Lots of great choices and wonderful service!!
