SUSHI-BAR Tatsumi Osamu Yamashita

loved this place even though it`s not in the old area of Konstanz it`s definitely worth driving to (only 10min with the bus). the sushi is excellent, the options endless and there is a lot of vegan/veg options available. price is fair (including starter, enough sushi to be full,a drink and a dessert) around 20€ per person. would recommend and come back again! make sure to reserve a table as it ca get very crowded and even with reservation you only get a 2hrs spot.

It’s a great little restaurant, but you should know what you can expect. This is an example of a ‘family’ type of tapas bar. Nothing modern, no hypes. The inside is cozy: low on personal space and potentially loud. Your tables are from wood and the building is rather old and painted in many colors presented in a fishing theme. If you would make it like this new, you would laugh at it; but the place can handle it.The people are friendly, if you greet them with a smile. They work hard and run around in a small place where you can hardly run around. The food is also family style Spanish. Don’t expect modern recipes, don’t expect nice plate make. What you will get is: garlic, oil and patato’s or bread in anything. If that is what you can enjoy, you will enjoy this place. Also: the food comes when it is ready; nothing comes at the same time and you should expect that you will share all plates. Personally I can enjoy it, which is why I have been there 3 times already.Expect at least 20 euro’s per person on food, when you also eat some bread or potato’s. A great place for friends and potentially a date when you want the ‘act like normal’ style. Not a great place to take your parents-in-law you prefer to be a bit distant or to bring your date who likes designer handbags.

Myself and two friends ate at the very authentic Italian Restaurant and had excellent starters, pastas along with wine and coffees for 58.50E. The pasta dishes were generous and tasty so we really could have missed out on the starter. Vert busy with locals and tourists. The manager made sure the staff looked after the diners. If you like Italian food this is well worth a visit.

Sat inside as all the well lit tables outside were full. An old building that fits in with its surroundings so don't expect it to have Greek decor. The waitress spoke good English and provided an English menu. I had Lamb in a pot, like a casserole, with veggies, rice, potatoes and salad. Bread was also provided which we didn't eat as the portions are large. My husband had mixed grill with salad and veg. With a beer and a shandy, the bill was 38 euros, great value and decent food.
