Went for an early dinner. Not too many people were there when I arrived. Was seated quickly. Ordered my diet Pepsi, then looked at the menu, and was less than impressed by the offerings.Ordered a Cuban Sandwich. It was fairly well done, however, they used regular bread rather than the typical type normally done.

We stopped for lunch before a wedding rehearsal. Good selection of food and tap beer. Server had no knowledge of beers saying she was under age. No excuse, servers need to know the food and drinks. Good was good. Service was fast. Would visit again. Modestly priced. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We will be sure to use your review as a coaching opportunity for all staff! We're glad you enjoyed, hope to see you back soon!

A local, and only distillery in Fargo, this bar has a relaxing atmosphere and great live music. while you relax and sip on your craft cocktails or whiskey on the rocks, you can gaze up at the wood rafters that record the history and many uses of this building in the past. There is a huge window that allows you to view the distillery and the equipment to make distilled spirits is a sight to see itself. It is a collection of pipes, tubes, connectors that looks like something from Willy Wonka. The bar itself if simple in design with doric columns and massive mirror as a background, this bar was rescued from a building slated for demolition. The interior is good size but partitioned off to create some smaller pockets and more intimacy yet feels open given the tall ceilings. There is food served there but I have not yet had any food but have heard the food is quite good. Downsides:1. limited selection of cocktails2. cost-this is craft liquor so if getting drunk is your thing, walk on downOverall, a great local bar and distillery that despite its infancy has already won a number of awards for the liquors distilled.

We had 2 of their 1/2 price apps during 3-6pm happy hr. The meatball app with bread was tasty and a bit spicy! The Antipasto App was disappointing! The Mozzarella cheese consisted of about 2 Tablespoons of 1/4" cubes! The salami was sliced into 1/4 x 1 inch portions! I counted 7 SMALL slices worth of salami! VERY Skimpy portions given I MHO! A decent portion of olives was presented. About 5 cherry tomatoes that were halved were included. All those ingredients were infused was a pleasant Olive oil/balsamic dressing. I'm glad We payed 1/2 price for that app! The atmosphere there is great - urban/Industrial with a bit of Chic!

Neat atmosphere but limited indoor main seating. But I have never had to wait in line. Located in Downtown Fargo across from the Old Broadway.Originally they just had chicken but now they have beef and pork products too. ProsGreat beef brisket.Good taste and texture.Beans were okay but nothing memoriable.Service was very good. ConsPork ribs were not good. Well below average with powder on top for flavor.Read other reviews to see what people like and dislike is highly recommended. Cornbread was not very good. Famous Dave's cornbread still is the best. Thanks for the visit and review. A quick note on the ribs - we serve them dry rubbed. If you want to add one of our sauces to them, you're more than welcome to.

Fargo Brewing Ale House offers a full selection of excellent beers, brewed at their cross-town brewing facility. I enjoyed the Wood Chipper IPA and a pint of the Iron Horse American Pale Ale... both very good. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The place is well-worth a stop for anybody who appreciates good beer. Most of the beers are priced at $5.50/pint.

The Boiler Room used to be a favorite spot for a inning fun meal. The menu has been reduced with fewer selections eliminating my favorites. Tonight, we left after a disappointing meal. To start with, the beer selection is excellent. Cold beer is a great beginning. Here were our meal choices.Hubby - fish and chips. Greasy which one should expect. My meal - beer cheese soup, 3 cheese tater tots, cheeseburger. The soup was a bright yellow - ick. No real cheese is that color. Tater tots were ok. Burger was tasteless. It must have been a frozen patty from a box. Needless to say, the Boiler Room is off my list of places to enjoy dinner. Plus, we had a coupon and a gift card. The server didnât even give us a slip - just the leftover gift card. Shady to say the least. Isnât a gift card like $$$

Lucky's is a classic American pub featuring a scratch kitchen, a warm unique atmosphere, and excellent service.
We met our daughter, son-in-law and youngest grandson for lunch. Nice place, that got busy at lunch. We both had fish and chips, which was 4 pieces of cod, a modicum of fries, good coleslaw and tartar sauce. The little guy just wanted fries, which he devoured. Our daughter had some sort of bbq chicken tender. They were huge! And apparently good. Our son-in-law had the Frickle burger with tater tots. The best part was watching him trying to eat it! Massive. They have an enormous menu! Some of their alcoholic drinks sounded great, but we didnât try any . Waitress was good and knowledgeable. Close to a 5, but not close enough. Some of the prices were a tad high. We would go back and recommend trying it. They have lots of daily specials. Hello Henry,Thank you for writing in as we appreciate the review. I hope you will choose Lucky's again soon!

Later learned this the original JL.. grat stop for food and drink! Thanks for stopping by the original JL! We look forward to serving you again!

Downtown bar scene place. Much less crowded than we expected. Had that almost-clean bar feeling. Good selection of sausage/german food - fairly priced and unfortunately only fairly tasteful. Sausages had good flavor, but were dry. It is a long bar, so when the bartenders are socializing, it can be hard to get noticed to order. Not the authentic german experience we were hoping for.
