Great location. Street parking. Friendly bartender. Love farm to table establishments and wanted to love this place. French fries were great....crisp, tender center and not greasy. The Chicken Sammy had burnt dried breading. Took a bite and the breading all fell off which was a good thing because didn't want a burnt flavor. The chicken was tender and juicy. My husband had the Bánh Mi which was pasty, flavorless and dry which needed much more sauce either the BBQ or Aioli.

What a cool place- we had a drink and ordered takeout. The menu is HUGE. Had the Cuban and the Midwesterner; both were great. Forgot to order sauce for breadsticks- but they were still good. Lots of seating- family or group friendly- and the pizza was quick even though the place was full. I will definitely be back.

We met our daughter, son-in-law and youngest grandson for lunch. Nice place, that got busy at lunch. We both had fish and chips, which was 4 pieces of cod, a modicum of fries, good coleslaw and tartar sauce. The little guy just wanted fries, which he devoured. Our daughter had some sort of bbq chicken tender. They were huge! And apparently good. Our son-in-law had the Frickle burger with tater tots. The best part was watching him trying to eat it! Massive. They have an enormous menu! Some of their alcoholic drinks sounded great, but we didnât try any . Waitress was good and knowledgeable. Close to a 5, but not close enough. Some of the prices were a tad high. We would go back and recommend trying it. They have lots of daily specials. Hello Henry,Thank you for writing in as we appreciate the review. this place was listed as one of Fargo's romantic place it most have been the wine drinkers of Fargo that got on that list nothing romantic about it the food not that good either the steak was way to small I order hashbrowns little browned i glad I didn't to hard browned the way they were could have used them to fill a pot hole ever unhappy it is just me but I think seeing all the wine bottles there that is the customer they want the rich wine drink group

After reading the reviews I started my meal with the walleye fingers, they were ok. For me the breading was bland.Dinner was the Applewood Bacon & Smoked Cheddar burger which was pretty good.My server might have been having an off night as he kept forgetting things.

I first visited JL Beers in Sioux Falls SD, and it was so good there I had to check this one out. No surprise..Awesome food and service again! Being a craft beer lover it doesnât get much better than this.. tiny and cozy.. aromas of all the burger pasties being grilled and beer.. shear heaven! Ordered burgers and fries. Fries were not very warm. Server finally checked about food when were done. Said he would mention it to the kitchen. Asked a question about the beer. Server said he would check. Never did get an answer. Would not stay again if it was the same server. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review and giving me insight into issues that we need to address. I have eaten here 3 times, each time not disappointed. Each time, the pizza was amazing. Service is fast and fun, and servers seem to like their jobs. Ingredients are fresh and the food tastes as homemade as it can be.. only BETTER. Must stop in downtown Fargo.

8 dishes around. All good except mine. The Chive Fettuccine. Bland. Devoid of flavor except for the dusting of whatever on top. The noodles were over done. Practically paste.Ate two bites. Dug around for a better bite but none existed.Service was what was expected for the price and atmosphere. Good.
