Stopped for lunch. Quite a few chooses for meals. Chose the Italian sub. Good sized portion, came with fries. I was only able to eat half the sub and most of the fries. The other two in the party were also unable to finish their meals. So great value for what you get. Service was fairly quick. I thought the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely go again.

This is a very clean updated restaurant that offers American, Italian and Mexican food choices. The wait staff is very friendly and will be attentive of your needs. I have had the Mexican items and can only say that these are really good. In fact, best in this area. The others in our party had hamburgers and they raved about them to the fact that they were cooked to perfection (medium rare requested). Have not tried the pizza but many other patrons at other tables seemed to be enjoying it. I always want to try a dessert since they sound great but I'm usually full and tell the wait staff ... "maybe next time." Great place to stop and have a great meal.

My sweetheart and I enjoyed a nice meal our first night in the Catskills. The penne with vodka sauce was fair. It was tasty, but not anything special. We shared a chicken marsala too. That was also tasty, but not unique, exceptionally good or memorable. So, if you're looking for good service with a decent, Italian meal in a casual setting, consider Mill Rock Restaurant. However, don't have high expectations. I've had better Italian food, but I've also had much worse. So, I guess this place was average. However, the waiter was a nice young man and he worked hard and was quite pleasant.
