We've eaten here numerous times. Food is always fresh and cooked to order. Staff is friendly and willing to accommodate special needs. Best steak bomb I've had in the Andovers. Pizza is great too! Owners are very supportive in the community as well so if you are local, it's a great local business to support!

Simply stated above, not what they used to be. Back in the day Jims was the place to go for good food and fair prices. Now its over priced and the food is poor. Its sad to say but I used to eat there often, now I'd rather somewhere else.I'm really disappointed to hear that your more recent experiences with us weren't as good as they should have been. Our prices have risen over time, yes, but we had to adjust based on the economy. However, if your meals also didn't taste how you had hoped, I apologize. Cute little pizza place. Went one day since it was biking distance and I didn't have a car. Staff is friendly and fast. First time I had chicken wings and fries and they were perfect! Had pizza the next time. Not my favorite, but it was a good pie, and my kids new favorite. I'll be back

No this is not fine dining. It is missing the excessive glitter, and the decorations BUT..........It is a very pleasant, well served, comfortable place for friends for family. Service is pleasant and accommodating and not too fast. The food selections are robust with fine sauces on Fra Diavolo, Picatta, and a nice Parmigiane. Beer and drink selection is spot on. You might think that the atmosphere would be very loud in a restaurant in a former textile factory but even with open seating the sound from neighboring tables was not a bother. Perhaps the comfortable and padded seating had something to do with that. Our children ages from 8 to 12 were well cared for.

Although you might not think Dominoes has the best pizza, considering how many places nowadays you have to choose from, but they're my go to for delivery. Pizza is good, but their service has always been top notch. Food always comes quick, which is a plus with 5 hungry kids. The couple times that order was mixed up I called and they were polite and sent driver right back to my house. Dominoes in Andover never lets us down.

We did take-out here in this Ballardvale establishment, during a recent visit to my sister's home. We ordered two personal sized cheese pizzas, which were ready for pick up when they said: cost = about $20.00. These were traditional, thicker crust pies: one with spinach and anchovies; the other with hamburger and mushroom. They were hot and tasted fine, but were a bit greasy. I would consider going back to try a different item from their varied menu.

So many yummy sweet choices like Italian cookies, whoopie pies, cakes, and pastries. They also do a huge pizza business and have some frozen foods like pasta and sauces.I got a box of pastries for Valentine's Day...great whoopie pie (although the filling was a bit sweet for my taste), tasty ricotta squares, and moist pina colada cake.

Always good to start off with a Martini, followed by a good meal. Had the rigatoni, I felt like it wasn't cooked long enough should feel that hard to bite into. I had to ask for extra sauce since it was mostly dry when served. Their rolls made up for most of what I couldn't eat. Wait staff were pleasant, and their prices are a bit steep. Yvonne, I am sorry that your rigatoni was "al dente.'' We can cook to your specifications, though, and would be happy to next time you are in.
