Extremely slow service from the kitchen, A hour and ten minutes to get food. Wait staff seemed to be doing the best they could,problem seemed to be i the kitchen. No management seemed to be present that we observed. Definitely not the level of service this location usually provides . Had someone tell me this was their favorite Mexican restaurant in Rome so I thought I would check it out. I ordered and waited a long time for my food to arrive. I wanted to leave after about 10 min. Lots of families with screaming children, running unattended and coming up to my table. One child even sat in my booth. Staff was obviously friends or members of the family that the children belonged to.... sooo...they did NOTHING to stop it. I ate about 25% of my food and asked for a to-go box. I have no plans to ever go back. Not impressed with anything here.

Our family has been eating Moe's almost weekly for 13 years and have visited many throughout the southeast. The Rome, GA Moe's is consistently fresh, clean, and delicious. The service is friendly and they always get our called in and online orders correct with a big smile to greet us when we pick it up.

This is very good classical Mexican restaurant fare. We got a mex guacamole appetizer which was very good but came out after the main courses. All the dishes were served hot, the flavors were excellent and serving size generous. The space is very basic, in a strip mall, not especially pretty. Parking is plentiful.

There are several great options on Broad St in Rome Ga, this is not one of them. We waited 90 min for our dinner and never got it. The owner stopped at our table twice and did not seem to take the time to help us! The food is very average, the service is non existent.

Excellent Mexican food at a very reasonable price! Not being from this area I ask several people where to eat. Las Palmas was mentioned several time s so I thought we would try it. the guacamole is made table side and is incredibly delicious. I had Texanas fajitas and my wife had the one of the combos. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend going here if you like Mexican food. I have learned over the years there is really good Mexican food and then there is blah Mexican food, this is really good Mexican food!

Wow our first time at this yummy restaurant. Service was top notch. Hubby and son got soft tacos. I got crunchy taco and beans. I am still full. Sweet tea was excellent! We had a large group. Again service had it down!!!! Loved the bday hat and song!!! Great memories!!!
