I lived there for many years and spend much time there. I do not regret a single evening. friendliness and warmth of staff is outstanding. selection of beer/wine/spirits is very good and the food is very recommendable. Die Linde is something between a Bar/Pub/Bistro with a very civilized atmosphere. as a single visitor you always find one to talk with...it a meeting place for almost all ages above approx 28 years. in summer there is a cozy outside beergarden

Dank Bauchgefühl und Tripadvisor steuerten wir das Wappenhof-Dubrovnik an, obwohl es vom Gebäude nicht wirklich zur Einkehr lockt und derzeit zusätzlich unter einer Baustelle vor der Tür "leidet". Wir gönnten uns - tatsächlich aus Versehen - die No. 7 als Vorspeise und drei verschieden Hauptgänge. Auf den Punkt gebracht: sämtliche Speisen waren top, der Service sehr gut & das Personal freundlich. Die Portionen machen wirklich satt (KEIN Mästen) und das PL-Verhältnis stimmte total. Das Lokal ist von überschaubarer GröÃe und versprüht einen rustikalen Charme.Unser Fazit: DEUTLICH mehr als nur einen Besuch wert!

We were on a family trip and had passed this restaurant many times before without giving it a chance. The kids were hungry and so we decided to stop for lunch. The signs on the road explicitly mentioned that the place was open for lunch - yet we were all disappointed as this was not the case.The kids started to cry and we had to find some other place in a rush... Not a great experience.Ok for me if the place is closed for lunch. But when these things happen I wonder why the owner does not take care of the sign on the street which shouldn't be a big act. Doesn't she care about other things either???

I frequent the place at least once a month and I wasn't disappointed until now. As starters they mainly serve tapas, but always ask for the daily special, as it changes. Last week I had a grilled carrot on carrot mouse. The mouse was excellent with strong, but not overwhelming flavor. Then you can chose usually between 2 main courses. I had the fish. Perfectly pan fried, with enough juice, but not too dry. On top were black truffles. Although the truffles were not too strong in their flavor, it was a perfect mix with the fish.The restaurant usually has a couple of wines, which are also changing from time to time. We tried the Portuguese White one, which was not fruity, more to the flower, fresh hey style with many woody notes. Not perfect for a lone summer evening, but very good to the fish. The place is excellent for parties of maybe 20 to 30 people and it feels cosy. I prefer to sit in the main room and not along the wall at the side. Table reservations are really necessary, but I found that if you come early, that they might be able to squeeze you in. The service is very observing, fast and very helpful when you cannot decide what to eat, and it is not the most expensive choice, but one that fits with the other dishes you order. I am looking forward to go there again.

As tourist visiting Hamburg we just passed by and found the lunch menue interesting and very reasonably priced. I ordered a 3-course menue (⬠12,90) and my wife the vegetarian dish of the day (⬠6,90). Everything was absolutely delishious and the three mezze-starters outstanding. It was the first time outside the middle-east that I got a true taste of lebanese food.Thanks

Four of us had dinner there for a business meeting. Though it was evening, and there few folks eating the place was quite. We were able to conduct our conversations. The food was tasty and filling. Good portions and the meat was great!

I have never tasted Brazilian food before, so didnât know what to expect.But Helo certainly didnât disappoint at all.The food is tasty and portions are very well sized.Staff is absolutely amazing. Positive, open, smiling, dedicated and passionate. We loved every minute in your company.And trust me. Mama KNOWS how to make a surprise dessert ;-)

Dined here on a Saturday after booking two weeks in advance. Iâm pleased I did because the experience was great:- Calamari, hoummous and bread to start was absolutely delicious. Calamari was the biggest Iâve ever had and seasoned in a delicious sauce. We were also given a complimentary amuse bouche of two types of hoummous on a crisp bread. The beetroot one was my favourite. - Before our mains we were given a small sample of soup; I canât recall what was in it but it was also delicious. - Seabass followed and once again, delicious. Two large fillets cooked to perfection and on top of sautéed spinach and 6 perfectly-cooked coriander-infused new potatoes. Perfect! There was red onion in the spinach which wasnât necessary in my opinion but easy to extract. All in all a wonderful meal. The still water was slightly on the pricey side at â¬6 a bottle. Service brilliant.
