Swan Pizzeria has the best Authentic Italian Pizza in Perth! The Gluten Free Pizza is also delicious! We will definitely be back for more.

We visited for dinner on a Saturday night, and were glad we had booked a table.Although the pasta and pizza looked great, we couldn't resist a selection of the hot and cold tapas style plates - seriously good roast pork, amazing savoury donuts with nduja, grapefruit and kingfish ceviche style dish.. and more.It was great, and we're looking forward to going back again.

We had been to the restaurant previously and our son wanted to take us somewhere nice for Motherâs Day Could not fault anything at all. Very busy but service was excellent and quality of food amazing. Will be going back for sure. Lovely setting and a perfect day Delighted to hear that you enjoyed your day at Pinelli Estate and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks for the great review

My wife and I enjoyed ample servings of tasty food at reasonable prices in a pleasant atmosphere. I cannot imagine anyone leaving this restaurant hungry. It was within walking distance of the bed and breakfast where we were staying and was recommended by the B&B owner.Our visit to this restaurant was entirely satisfactory in every way.

The food was simply superb, the house Red was lovely, coffee was great as was the desert. What I really appreciated was that they gave you space to enjoy the meal, they did not take away your coffee cup as soon as you finished the last sip or your wine glass, you felt very welcome! The food was not cheap but good value all the same. I ran into a couple that used to come to my own restaurant in Midland, my partner died almost 2 years ago and they are setting me up with a blind date with one of their friends, whose partner also died 2 years ago, all because I went to Kappy`s. It was my first time there,in the present location but I had been there years ago when they were at the old Midland Gate Church. I highly recommend Kappy`s, I was by myself but was treated extremely well, thank you!

We ordered off Corleoneâs website, they told us to use the website instead of eat now, every time weâve ordered off eat now weâve never had a problem! This time however the website said the pizzas would take 25 mins and be ready at 7.04pm So we show up at 7.05 And they say there was a problem with the internet site, and theyâd be 15 minutes. No apology, no compensation shrugged and said They canât control the internet! When finally picked up (took longer than 15 extra minutes)They said nothing to us, just handed them over. Now weâve been here a few times and never been treated this badly. I would have apologised and at least offered a discount off the next order or free garlic bread. If your pizzas are going to take 40 minutes or more .. just say it! We could have come at the correct time. Terrible customer service skills. As for the food the Margherita was bland with no flavour whatsoever. Chicken Bianco was ok. Not good enough given how much they charge. Customer treatment alone will prevent us from ever ordering again. If weâd at least gotten an apology instead of an excuse we would have come back and given them another chance. Dear Lee, I'm really sorry for what happen that night! That was a series of event that made friday night a bit of a nightmare. First time in 5 years we got more than 25 orders in about 20 minute. You must have seen the difference if when you walk in the shop, a lot of people and all the staff running like headless chucks. Before you we had a lady that wanted a delivery but she came and pick up the pizzas, another one order a verde but wanted a vegeterian, a couple order a garlic bread but after they did not wanted pay for it, and some keep ordering ice cube like we were obligate to. EatNow charge us 14% and my website third party company 6.75% would you believe me if I said that my profit is about 25%? The problem with my website order online time is that we got to login to actually change the estimate time and on friday I did not see my Wife till 9pm! (She work in the kitchen). I've been doing this job for over thirty years but never like now people lost they sense of reality, people order online and think is the same as actually calling, speaking to the stuff and get real time and real information about their order. And to finish my rant: I believe my daughter apologize to you the first time when she told about the extra 15 minute., but if you don't want to order anymore is your choice, plenty of other family run pizza places and if you do ring I will make sure you get your free garlic bread.Best Regards DonvitoPS To all client: Please ring especially on weekends don't let "the Grand Master" (ragnarock) convince you otherwise

Dropped by on a Thursday evening after noticing the venue a week earlier. Very clean and fresh decor with charming outdoor seating. Perfect for alfresco pasta. It is a BYO so don't forget your vino. The service was quick efficient and polite , and instantly felt welcome .The food is traditional Italian fare all freshly made by chef/ owner Matt . A personnal visit to our table led to an informative chat . The quality is first class with only the best ingredients cooked to perfection. This is a charming new Venus in the heart off Midland. Do your self a favour and check it out . Will return.

Ordered 3 pizzas with a few extra toppings on them and loved every single one. Ingredients fresh and full of flavour and evenly spread. These are people who do this for their livelihood and can tell they love their jobs and have pride in their product. You won't be disappointed if you get pizza from here.
