1. Wine tasting: only booked groups are offered complimentary cheese board. When I questioned the policy, reply was "we are changing our policy soon to include everyone, not just booked groups". Not good enough. Won't benefit me today. Would it have killed them to offer us a bit of cheese today? A few people at the Cellar Door tastings were miffed by this, not just me. 2. Restaurant: overpriced main courses $43-48 for meat dishes. Pretentious.3. Tourist buses everywhere with sad and depressed looking groups who had realised they had been swindled and ripped off but couldn't escape their plight.4. Manager didn't even bother coming to talk to me about the nasty and discriminatory cheeseboard policy, and sent the wait staff instead. This implies a certain level of nastiness and snobbery of the management.5. This place will go bankrupt within 5 years as it has already passed its prime. Many competitors in the region who don't have the air of snobbery as this winery.6. Avoid this place.

My wife and I had lunch on Tuesday 13/08/19 at Padburys Café Restaurant the décor is very historic, the choice of meals quite extensive. I had the Steak Sandwich and my wife the Beer Battered Whiting, both meals were cooked just right and were very enjoyable along with a nice glass of white wine., from a local vineyard.

We had been to the restaurant previously and our son wanted to take us somewhere nice for Motherâs Day Could not fault anything at all. Very busy but service was excellent and quality of food amazing. Will be going back for sure. Lovely setting and a perfect day Delighted to hear that you enjoyed your day at Pinelli Estate and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks for the great review
