There's all kinds of pizza joints these days with all sorts of claims to fame but us Marylanders, even those who have move away, always come back to Ledo's for our cheesy delights. The crust is light and thin. Sauce delicious and I still love my square slices.

Our second visit to Tortino was on a comfortable fall evening, so we sat outside (also, they had 2 large parties in the dining room). We started with a âspecialâ appetizer- caprese salad - which was not very special because the chef supplemented the tomatoes with cucumbers and augmented the pesto sauce with arugula. The entrees were superb: the âspecialâ lamb chops were perfectly cooked and the sides (roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach) were quite tasty; the highly recommended crab ravioli were likewise delicious but not served warm enough. The cheesecake dessert was so-so and the service was uneven (probably because of the parties inside).

Adjacent to Prince George's Plaza, this Olive Garden attracts a diverse clientele--college students, families, business people, friends celebrating special occasions, etc. This time the waitstaff was particularly friendly: offering wine-samples at the start. The menu is reasonably extensive--with a selection of soups and appetizers, as well as entrees and desserts.

I stopped by this place with my two kids for a fast lunch. I never been to this place before and we discovered it by accident, looking for a place to feed to starving kids.It was a really good idea to stop by Wiseguy, they serve a full range of pizza, both traditional and American style. They also serve a great Sicilian-Style Grandma pizza, I loved it! thick crust, classic toppings... Loved it! I had two serving of this one.Anyway all pizza were very good and healthy, my kids loved it.Wiseguy serve a full range of soda but no wine/beer. People is very nice and service is fast, great for a quick lunch. They also offer food to go.I also liked the environment, it was nicely decorated, old American style.Overall a very very good experience. Great place for kids.

Sometimes skill is not required in picking a fabulous restaurant.Forgive me as I forgot to write this review two years ago when we actually dined here.Here goes....we were playing tourists in DC and just wandered through this interesting neighborhood headed in the general direction of the train.As we passed this very inviting cafe style restaurant we felt a bit hungry and noticed many folks heading in at about 5:30/6:00 pm. Well we joined the vortex and was told they only had an outside table. We grabbed it and quickly heard a regular customer, with a reservation, asking if he could move outside as the weather was lovely.The host advised us she now only has an inside table. What a hardship! It turns out that it was on that little balcony like area overlooking but out of the way from all the hustle and bustle.We were grinning from ear to ear.Never expecting that the food would be world class as well, service, professional and prices.....reasonable given Washington, capital area.As we were enjoying dinner we also met another couple (with kids) at the next table that we spent 90 minutes in friendly chatter. They advised us how lucky we were to discover this great restaurant and then get a great table without reservations We must go back and retune this review. I guess the photos submitted by others says it all!

Everything with Menomale says Italy!! The pizza was amazing. The dough tastes just like pizza in Italy and Nothing like fast food pizza of D.C. My Italian 3 yr old has not acquired the taste for red sauce yet and had the white garlic pie. I know travesty, but there's hope since he tried and liked the classic margarita pizza. Both pizzas were the best we've had in an extremely long time. We'll be back soon and then soon again!

Grew up in this area. Was old Marche'sFlorist. Glad to see it put back to good use. Part of the Hyattsville revitalization. Came in on a Friday night with family and friends, wow very nice setting. Seems like a great neighborhood hangout. Clean, a little tight. Staff, very good, friendly, food served promptly .Pizza, excellent, great crust, good selection. Very nice beer and wine selection. Reasonably priced.Just a great overall experience. Will be back again, no doubt!We're so glad you had a great time! Thank you for your kind words, and we look forward to serving you again soon!

You go in, choose your crust, whatever toppings you'd like and pay $10. Super simple and the pizzas are large enough to stretch into leftovers for the next day. My husband and I chose this restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews, and we were not disappointed! Probably the best Eggplant Parmesan I've ever had, and my husband (who knows good Italian food) said his Veal Parmesan was exceptional, 6 stars out of 5!This is a modest place, so don't expect white tablecloths, but don't be put off by that. They also have ices, pie, cookies, etc., so you can take extras with you for later. They are open late, and we saw lots of other couples, families and law enforcement officers enjoying the awesome food!Don't miss this if you love Italian food while in the area!!!
