Fiasco has always been synonymous with quality food & great service in Coffs BUT is a tad pricey for a casual dinner. A clever innovation is the weekly 'happy hour special'. 2 nights of the week (Wednesday & Friday, I think), pizzas are just $10 in the casual dining area. 2 nights a week (Tuesday & Thursday, I think) pasta dishes are just $15 compared to prices ranging from $26-36 normally. Drinks are $$$ but when the food price drops, the cocktails and wine are worth the extra.

We organized dinner in advanced for a special night for our stay at the resort. Our table was right at the front facing the beach which was lovely. I had organized it to coincide with sunset but it was a cloudy evening, but it was still nice watching the beach get dark. Very relaxed atmosphere with people in the restaurant a little dressed up but other people from the resort lounging outside in their bathers or normal clothes, was very nice and didnât feel strange at all. We shared garlic bread for entre which was very nice. I had barramundi with tropical slaw and nam Jim dressing, which was a bit salty but the fish was cooked beautifully. My partner had the pork belly which disappeared very quickly. Usually we donât but we decide to have dessert, and that too was wonderful. Recommend having dinner here at least one night if you are staying at the resort Hi TMM818,Thank you for your review, we hope to see you again soon.

Great atmosphere, fantastic personalized service. Loved the African theme. The food was to die for! Best meal I have had in a restaurant for a long long time. We had the rack of lamb and chicken mignon for main and then the Chocolate Indulgence for dessert! Just absolutely YUM! A big plus was the prices! Mains for $25. Definitely try this place out! We also stayed overnight and the room was spacious, comfortable and of 5 star quality!

Every mouthful from everyone's meal was divine. We ended up sharing everything cos you had to taste each others meals. They were too good not to try.Had seared scallops for entry - perfectly cooked. Fish of the day in a macadamia crust,Australian spiced chicken, & zucchini fritters, all generous sizes for lunch. Loved that BYO charge for the corkage was by table instead of per person. Dessert was a vanilla bean pannacotta - divine again. Staff were fantastic, location was nice being across the road to the park. Would highly recommend. Can not wait to go back.
