We turned up here with no reservation and were treated like superstars! The service was exceptionally friendly and quick and helpful in recommending great food choices. The goat curry was delicious and I would recommend this. Sam was brilliant, entertaining and made the evening Fantastic. We will back regularly and I feel my family will regard this as a second home!

Arrived at 7pm and immediately brought out papadums and raita and a bottle of water and we thought "oh great, so looking forward to dinner" that is where the joy ended. Took our order and we waited, after ten minutes they came out to tell us they didn't have lime pickles that we ordered. Asked for a different one, but they told us they would get the pickles. Fifteen minutes later another person came out to tell us they had no pickles, we will have a different one we said, but also commented on the fact that we had still not received our drinks that were ordered when we first arrived, 5 minutes later tell us they don't have the beer we wanted, ordered a different one and asked it to be brought out quickly as we had waited long enough, still we waited. Another five minutes asked another staff to get us our beer and waited and waited. With the delay you would think they were busy but we were the only people in the place. Another ten minutes and we told them to hold the dinner we had received no drinks and no food and we went elsewhere for dinner. All up a very wasted 55 minutes.

I’m a long time customer and advocate of this restaurant.I’m unsure when the tides changed here, but certainly noticed the difference with the addition of the Redbank Plains store (which I highly recommend staying clear of). This business has gone from a home cooked style Indian cuisine, to a high turnover, no care take out.The last straw of bad meal for myself, my family and 2 friends was what looked to be bad food, which resulted in a very disturbing 3hr flight to Adelaide the next day.Sorry guys! There’s better places to visit now, and you quality has changed significantly! Maybe in the future, the good old days will return!

Bombay Bliss was a hit with the family. Good selection of Indian food. The kids enjoyed the butter chicken—enthusiastically praising the taste.I was not a big fan of the roti served, as an option. It was a little drier then encountered elsewhere. But the mains were great. Bombay Bliss also offers specials, so worth checking the board before you sit down. Turned out the items we were going to order were part of a special that day.

We don’t often eat Indian locally, For 20 years we have had our favourite and until tonight have always travelled the 60km round trip for it. Tonight we ate more locally at Indian Tadka and we are so glad we did. The quality, quantity and taste of the food was matched by the great service. The chef came and introduced himself and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be spreading the world and returning with family and friends.

We love a good Indian but unfortunately we will not be returning here.Meal for 2 and 1 beer at $76 is a tad expensive. We had Bombay chicken and the chicken was the slimy cheap bits. We asked for a doggy bag but had to pick the chicken out. They gave us a paper bag for the leftover naan and it was so greasy that the oil soaked the bag by the time we got home.Such a shame as the service was good.Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We at Indian Mehfil take great pride in serving our customer the best meal every time and in this endeavor we take utmost care that the quality, taste, texture, and flavors are maintained with strict quality checks installed. However, We are sorry to hear the food was not up to your expectations.
