Built to order, just the way you like it. Just decide if you want to start with a bowl of salad, bowl of rice, wrap or pita.Lots of meats and/or vegetable toppings to choose from. First time dining at Kitbar and was quite pleased with the food and ambiance, the MEGA wrap around bar was very interesting, but my so called Chef/ server was pretty lame, really didn't have a good personality and would have been better off working at the Tire Center at Costco. The food was really good and I highly recommend their Cheesy Onion soup. Had the Fish Taco's for main dish and it was great

Staying at the Hyatt Regency for a weekend, and thought this might be a Wegmans-like grocery store. Although they had a HUGE selection of wines/beers, gourmet cheeses and dried meats, they did not have brewed coffee or donuts. There was a hot buffet (very limited) with scrambled eggs and some meats, but it was not terribly appetizing. We did buy a delicious double chocolate muffin, but had to still go to Starbucks for coffee and Panera for toasted bagels.

Queued with others at lunchtime to get to the counter but line moved fairly fast. Beautiful selection of fresh salads and warm meals with offer of with or without meat and bread. Also freshly made teas and fruit drinks.
