Everything about this place is just perfect, from the attentive level of service to the excellently presented and cooked food. The salad was spot on and the lobster bisque was warm and delicious. My husband and I had a lovely dinner here. We had the four course tasting menu with wine and everything was wonderful. The chef was willing to make a dietary substitution for me. Our table for two right at front on the water provided a beautiful setting for our last dinner in Cairo. Service was excellent.
